When I arrived to drop them off and talk over the details of my engraving the same man helped me. He told me it might be about a week because he was backed up with orders, and I told him that was fine, but since I had only just come up with the idea for that present and my friends birthday was in six days, I would appreciate it if they could get it done as soon as they were able to. They got it done in 3. I was floored. And it only cost seven dollars for a custom engraving. I definitely recommend victory to anyone looking for an engraving. Great prices and great people!

The following is a true story. My organization recently held our annual retreat. Each year we give…read morethree different "employee of the year" types of awards. This year, one of the awards was given to a most deserving, sweet, brilliant, and extremely brave team member who is terminally ill. After setting the table with the three awards for the recognition ceremony, one of the awards was accidentally broken. The ceremony was to take place in less than one (1) hour. To make matters worse, it was the award that was to be given to the terminally ill team member. The sister of this awardee was coming to the ceremony to accept the award. I could not give a broken award to the sister of a dying friend and colleague. I just could not do it!! In tears I called Lisa and the One Day Masterpieces team to explain the situation; they dropped everything to help us. Thankfully they had an extra award identical to the one which was broken. One of my teammates immediately went to their shop, and they quickly had it ready for us. The new award was in hand before the ceremony started. The sister of the awardee was very touched by the award. This loving gesture of One Day Masterpieces more than secured my upmost loyalty. They should be called "Save the Day Masterpieces" from now on. Thank you to everyone at One Day Masterpieces for being so gracious in helping us in a time a great need.
