Instead they basically tell you to screw off and when you inquire with more detail they continue to be rude. Not a good first impression. Will be spreading the word to neighbors, coworkers, and friends. Update: many other services were also too busy but took a very different approach and were also much more approachable and customer friendly. As you can see by the review comment, someone is still very rude by assuming this review was based on not getting what I want. If that was true you would see me reviewing 5 other lawn companies. Pros are they show up on time, cut grass well. Cons are they don't blow all areas they are supposed to and are inflexible on arrival times, showing up at 8am, and unwilling to accommodate a customer's request to come after 9am to avoid waking us up and our neighbors. It also makes it inconvenient to move all of our cars out of our own driveway so early in the morning just to accommodate their schedule. Lost trust in this company early on.
