It's such a disgrace having Physical therapist like Fatima work there , when she clearly doesn't care about the patients she downgrades patients not to mention how rude and arrogant this lady is. If she is not there to help out she is in the wrong place. And at that she talks bad about Doctors like seriously lady. Justine is awesome and so is the Doctor at this location. I've had two total knee replacement surgeries(1 yr apart) both times I used this Group. Both times my therapist was Sonia. The first she was a random choice ( lucky me!). The second knee I used the group again and this time requested Sonia! She pushes you to success, firmly yet with a gentle attitude. In six short weeks(2 sessions per wk) she has helped me to be able to return to work. I work for the railroad and walk anywhere from 4-8 miles a day, always on uneven surfaces, riding rail cars climbing ladders up and down. I attribute my success in rehabilitation to Sonia. My insurance keeps sending me to this place the actual room with the therapy is smaller than the waiting area not my cup of tea. Very cramped when there's 15 people in there working out there's barely any air in that room. read more

Front office is horrible those ladies need a serious training on customer service. They don't answer the phones. It is the worst experience at the front desk. However, the therapist are amazing really need to rest staff and that front office office. read more

I was referred here to improve balance. They have no warm up, no written plan, different therapists may attend to you and they seem to be as hoc when identifying exercises. First I noticed lower back pain the next day. When I brought it up the therapist said I may have done the exercise wrong. She had not witnessed to see that I had the correct form. Now my hips are painful. Next she placed a band on my lower thighs and told me to step left to right. My right knee is now very painful. I've had an X-ray and will be visiting the Dr tomorrow. I would stay as far away as possible from this place. They hurt me and now it is painful to walk. read more

If I could give no stars I would ! My mother went to her first therapy session and a therapist by the name of Sonia is the worst! She asked my mother what insurance she has and my mom that doesn't speak English politely says "iehp" and she got upset telling my mother "it must be nice to get government help, while us have to pay for insurance" first of all its none of her business about my mothers insurance and she didn't have a right to say anything! Secondly she looked at my mothers file and told her she is wasting her time on therapy when at the end she will need surgery, she isn't a doctor to be saying anything and by her saying that she obviously doesn't want the clinic to have business, and then my mother put her purse on a chair and she got mad and moved her purse and told her "next time put it in the cabinets" very rude person, my mother is a very sensitive person and my siblings and I trusted this place where we can leave her by herself and they will do their job and give my mom excellent service but they failed ! My mother was crying after her session she has been battling depression and for this person to treat her less of a human being because why she doesn't speak Spanish and we couldn't be there ! My sister called and filed a complaint but now I'm going to call her insurance and file one as well, this person should not be working in that field! I work in healthcare also and I never once treated someone poorly I actually enjoying helping others especially Spanish speaking patients that really need help! I will be attending her next therapy session I will not let this happen again! Her name is SONIA and I hope the owners do something about it she discriminated my mother ! And i won't let this go !!!! read more

Soni is amazing. When I was 1st going I didn't want to go because I felt like I was In pain more. Then they switched me to Sonia. She has a healing touch. She had educated me on what I need to do daily and she is so empathetic to your pain. I look forward to my physical therapy session because of Sonia. Beautiful women inside and out. read more

First off the front desk receptionist is amazing very helpful and professional. However the therapists or asst not sure what their title is are over worked. This was my first experience with PT but I know that you should be watched and shown how to do the exercises not just left in a room with a timer then they come in give you some more this went on and on. I would be told to do for ex. A certain stretch/ hold for 30 seconds and do 5 reps then off he would go. Wouldn't watch and then I would be done and waiting for 5 minutes to 10 minutes after done for him to come back with more exercises what should have taken 20 minutes of exercises took and hour because he was so busy bopping around to other patients. Also I had to re tell to each asst what my injury was and sometimes I would have two helping me in one session. I feel like they should know your injury and read your file before they start to work on you as one came in wanted to have me do a sitting exercise I explained to him I have difficulties sitting and he said " oh what's your injury" after I told him he said"oh no we should not have you sit". Lastly as I was checking out with the receptionist another asst over heard me talking and said "oh your going to need surgery for that PT won't fix that!" Great so the several Drs I have seen and specialist who are hopeful in time I will heal with exercise and PT have all got it wrong and this PT asst who doesn't even know my injury says I need surgery! Needless to say got a referral for a new PT and am hoping for far better results and optimism. Overall I felt like after three sessions here they were just checking the boxes to get paid. At the very least they need to stay with you for a few reps to ensure your form is good and read your patients file! read more

Came here after having back surgery and everyone was awesome. Karl was my personal therapist and I had a great experience. I also was there amongst the beginning of Covid-19 and they were still very professional and followed protocols. I have been getting therapy on my messed up right shoulder/arm. Couldn't sleep on my right side. Couldn't put a belt on (put my right arm behind me). Hurt to put right arm over left shoulder (for example, in the shower). I've had about 10 visits so far, and have had much improvement, maybe 75% of the way back to normal. Angie has been very helpful, and professional all the way. Very clean room with a lot of varying equipment. Highly recommend. Patrick H. However last week, more than few reviews existed about this, and they did not have any good recommendations about this place. That is strange, so who deleteing them? That not going save this place.
