It consistently lacks supplies for customers utilizing the business mail entry, and there is invariably no personnel at the dock. Additionally, the bells intended to signal for service either malfunction or are never answered. I am genuinely concerned about our reliance on this facility for mail distribution. It is understandable why the United States Postal Service faces financial difficulties; an alternative would undoubtedly be preferred if available. It would be a minus on stars if they were available.

Once in a while though, well, I've had to go in and it's slower than molasses there. In fact, if I have an errand to run at the post office, if I am able to, I avoid going to this location. For the past three years I have lived in Reddick, I have never seen it crowded. Even during Christmas time! They get you in and out quickly. There's parking in the front and side of the building and also a drive-through drop off for letters. My only suggestion would be for them to dust the front door more often. There are some cobwebs that hang out in the corners and on the door there regularly, but honestly, it's such a small thing. It's typical to see cobwebs outside many places in this area during the summer. Otherwise, nothing but positive things to say about this USPS location! Definitely recommend checking them out.

I…read moreneeded to mail a document and had no stamps or envelopes with me in the RV and was trying to avoid buying a box of envelopes and a book of stamps being I have a sufficient amount at home. The entrance and exit at this location can be a little challenging being it's close proximity to a major intersection and the traffic backs up blocking the driveway. Well once I over came that I was faced with quite the line inside with only one employee working and a very upset customer giving her the many many reasons she was disappointed with her mail delivery - I gotta hand it to the patience's of the employee, she was very professional and empathetic and explained the protocols and encouraged the customer to follow the correct channels to resolve her issues and thanked her for stopping in and got her to leave so the rest of us could conduct our business - she got my pre-stamped envelope and told me just to walk up without waiting again once I filled out the addresses and she would take care of it. This was a much better experience than I'm used to - I don't like the price it cost to ship anything using the USPS but I guess with all their problems it's still a necessary evil...
