They do have a drop bin now for prepaid packages so you don't have to wait in line any longer to just drop off prepaid packages. The ladies that work here are very nice. I have however had a mishap with one of the ladies where she insisted that she could stack up all of my prepaid packages on the scale all at once and weigh them together. You definitely can't do this - I ended up going back and forth with customer service due to this to get the charges corrected. All of the other ladies have been awesome. The parking lot here is very small and tight. Be prepared to park on the street and walk a little bit to avoid the nearby street parking spots that are metered.

I said I needed an email receipt and as I'm holding the electronic pen in my hand to select that option on the screen and type in the email address, she rushed through and just printed out a receipt for me. The only upside to this location is that it is small and not crowded and I didn't have to carry the packages down a long hallway like some post offices. I wasn't sure how many stamps I'd need for the oversized envelopes but she helped me figure it out, purchase stamps, and also got my packages shipped out. I was given a week timeline for standard shipping but much to my surprise, the packages were all delivered within 1-2 days. I got an email receipt each time one was delivered which gave me peace of mind, too. Each package only cost about $8 to ship which I thought was excellent. I recently shipped another, similarly sized package via UPS and it cost $20! I would definitely recommend this location if you want efficient shipping at a good price. I was very pleased with the customer service and patience the staff provided to me.
