When I arrived at the post office there was only one person in line in front of me but she had many tasks to do. Sondra was very patient and a clear communicator with the customer. Although I was the person waiting, I even felt taken care of. When the woman in front of me ordered stamps, Sondra took out multiple pages of stamps to show the woman to select an image. Nothing was rushed, but everything felt calm and as though she was aware of the fact that they were now multiple people waiting in line. Everything was smooth and efficient! Once it was my turn, again, transactions were quick and I felt taken care of. Giant kudos to this location, I'll definitely be coming here again whenever I need to shop packages!

Everyone that comes to this location has the most complex requests and are the most incompetent of humans. There is always a line which never moves. They simply need more than ONE employee. Anyway my purpose of coming was to drop off an already packaged/postage paid item (I did it online) and while I could throw it into the paid bin, I like to get it scanned in by the post office and get a receipt. I hand it to her, she looks at it and says "You're all set". I asked her if she could please scan it in and give me a receipt. She let out the biggest sigh ever heard by man. I received a notice to pick up my package in my mail and when I went to pick up the package and got it home the package was for my neighbor on the third floor. I was kind enough to deliver the package to my neighbor and angry that neither one of my packages had arrived. I strongly believe that the mail carrier put the notices in the wrong mail box and my neighbors have my packages making it a theft because my name and address is on the packages and they didn't have the common decency to bring them to me. I believe that this post office is incompetent to do their jobs correctly. I want my money back.

John has always taken care of my package drop offs and when I needed something packaged. The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. The service here has been good and I will continue to use this location for my UPS needs. Thank you John for the great service over the years.
