I drive past the post office on my left...and keep driving...and driving...and driving. The turn lane is gone, and there is no way to get across the road for what seems like forever. Finally there's a place to turn around and I am able to park right up front and pick up my certified piece of mail. The moral of this story is....if you're going here, pick a route where the post office will be on the right side of the road. I can't recall the names of the other streets that you can turn down from Philadelphia Pike, but they are out there, and will save you the trouble of having to find a place to u-turn.

THIS IS A LIVE REVIEW! THIS IS HAPPENING NOW!…read more By far, this is the absolute WORSE post office in the UNITED STATES! I have been waiting for the 'acting' manager for over 20 minutes! He has not come out OR said he's sorry for the delay! The mail carrier who is supposed to deliver packages doesn't want to get out of the truck, so they'll just login and say that they TRIED to deliver, and that they left a slip on the door! NEITHER IS TRUE! No KNOCK! NO SLIP! This has been the third time that this HAS HAPPENED within the last few months! After waiting nearly a HALF HOUR, they're now telling me that BARRY THE 'ACTING' manager left! Yet, I HAVE BEEN WAITING 30 minutes!!! I left with a complaint form!

On one such occasion I happened to be in the vehicle with him when we drove past My Mailbox Store. On a whim I told him to stop so that I could see if they'd take my packages. Lo and behold, they do! It really couldn't have been easier, and the associate was super friendly. This is a very convenient place!

The print job that was priceless!…read more I've frequented this store a few times over the past five years. Every time they have been a life saver. Today was no different. I was sitting in LabCorp and when I was called to show my paperwork they wouldn't look at it because it was on my phone. She promptly suggested I go here (2 store fronts down) because copies would be 10 cents. I did and this has made all the difference. Need to mail ANYTHING out? Need copies or something printed out quickly? I highly recommend going here!

This place was a few miles from my house, so I went over there that night to pick it up. My company provided them with a giant account, which they assured us that they could handle. They sent us drivers extremely late or not at all, after confirming that they would be there and be on time. Our partnership with them has cost my company an immeasurable amount of money. They never apologized or accepted accountability. They even told us that they could only provide us with reliable service if we gave them even more business!! How could we trust them to be dependable with even more busses when they massively screwed up what we were already giving them?
