Stay far far away!!! Delivery Circle's incompetence knows no bounds! When you are their customer, they don't seem to realize that you are their customer. My company provided them with a giant account, which they assured us that they could handle. They sent us drivers extremely late or not at all, after confirming that they would be there and be on time. Our partnership with them has cost my company an immeasurable amount of money. They never apologized or accepted accountability. They even told us that they could only provide us with reliable service if we gave them even more business!! This business solely cares about themselves and the people within their tiny circle. I have never given a review like this on Yelp in my life but I am embarrassed to admit that I was associated with, let alone trusted this company for anything. I literally pray that karma will serve them appropriately. Trust me when I tell you- do not do business with them or work with them in anyway shape or form. Would not recommend giving your business to this service, unless you want to lose customers and money. Stay as far away as possible if are in the food business! If they actually show up for a scheduled delivery is a miracle. Delivery Circle has maybe three reliable drivers that they promise to multiple locations at the same time of day, which has cost my business hundreds of dollars at my restaurant's location. And thousands of dollars in my restaurants region and neighbor region. We worked for months bringing up all the issues that arose with the dispatcher (Michael Perez) they gave us but somehow they always made it out to be a problem with us. The only way Delivery Circle offered us help and change in their customer service was to give them more business!! Examples of let downs: Scheduling orders 16-24 hours in advance. Getting a call 30 minutes before their driver is suppose to get their saying they have no one. They have drivers that request they pick ups their orders 20 minutes in advance so they can get to their next job but still make money for the Delivery Circle order. They know we are a restaurant but don't seem to care that we have a certain time frame to get the food their so they guest can have the best quality. Twice within the past week we received calls stating the driver would be 10 minutes late. The first time the driver came in 45 minutes late and didn't apologized or even acknowledge that he was late. The second time the driver never even showed up. Countless tardiness and no shows of drivers have caused me to send out cooks or cashiers out on deliveries, taking valuable staff members from my in house operations. This leaves us short staffed for our peak lunch hours. Think hard about whether Delivery Circle is your only courier service option. Then think about whether it is worth taking a hit on your business to use them. read more

My restaurant needed a delivery service for large catering orders. We couldn't afford to have a full time delivery person on staff. We came across DeliveryCircle. Since they serviced other restaurants in our area it made sense. Their application is easy to use and drivers are always on time. We are so glad we are able to partner with Delivery Circle for all our deliveries. read more

They are absolutely horrible. I never write reviews but I have to deal with them on a daily basis because it's the only option available through my company, and every time they fail to provide the basic service. I've had countless deliveries scheduled where the driver got lost, or didn't show up, or came with a vehicle too small than what was entered, or without the number of people requested to deliver the items, which caused a reschedule to the customer, on and on and on. They've left expensive pieces out on the street with no notice to the customer. Their customer service is an absolute joke. When I parter with the dispatchers to try to fix the issues they've caused by their poor service, they are rude and disrespectful. I've been charged double more times than I can count at my business simply because I have to go above and beyond for the customer to make the situation right after they've screwed it up. Brittany especially is the rudest most incompetent person I've ever come across in my 20 years of experience. No one cares to fix any issue or take responsibility for anything, so it falls on the business owner to eat the cost of their mistakes. When I report customer complaints, or request a charge back I never get a response or resolution. Countless times I've had to reimburse the customer through my business's own funds because they refused to. Not to mention the lack of communication-when I ask to speak with a supervisor or someone who cares about working together to solve the problem, I'm told they're not allowed to give out the phone number or information for that person. I can't stress enough not to use this company's services. I hope they know what's going on and are ok with closing their doors all because the people sitting at a desk somewhere in Newark representing them are horrible and rude. read more
