There was a long line but the employees were fast and efficient at cutting it down. Our package arrived safely and the employee was very friendly! Kolossos created the most beautiful scanned image and Hot press print. The size of the original work required that 2 digital images be created then merged. The quality of image produced by this method looked just like the original and perhaps better, since the color was slightly more vivid and they even photo-shopped out a small hole in the paper. I was extremely happy with their work especially for the very reasonable price and fast turnaround time (~1 day!). The high quality service that I received continued with them packaging and shipping my print. I highly recommend Kolossos for their service and quality of work. I intend to return in the future!

I came in with a very scattershot idea of what I wanted for my wedding invitations and Michelle very patiently listened to my thoughts and expertly guided me through choosing paper and figuring out what I wanted more exactly design-wise. (Keep in mind that you can also come in with a print-ready design and they'll print it up for you! I highly, highly recommend their design work though--SO beautiful.) Throughout the design and printing process Michelle kept me updated on every development through email and responded quickly with any questions I had. At one point I thought I might have to make a last minute change, but then realized I didn't, and she very gamely accomodated my waffling, even offering to rush order a new plate for super-cheap if I needed it. The entire process from first meeting to getting the invites in my hands took about 5 weeks, so make sure you give yourself ample time if you're interested in their services. Also--it ain't cheap, but it is so, so worth it. Each invitation is truly a work of art and people have been going nuts over how amazing they look. I cannot recommend Elevated Press highly enough! Such a wonderful resource to have in Ann Arbor.

ClairvoyAgency hired this printer to print zip-up hoodies and canvas bags for one of our Ypsi-based…read morenon-profit clients. We provided vector artwork files, as well as a mock-up of the artwork on of the front and back of the Gildan hoodie color that the client wanted to order. We emailed the artwork on October 5th, 2021. Communication with this vendor about screen-printing was challenging. While the bags were done quickly and correctly (digital printing), it took weeks and many emails/texts to figure out where they were in the hoodie screen printing process. It took almost 60 days for the hoodies to be completed. This was partially due to a supply chain issue, which is understandable. Our client's biggest disappointment was that when the hoodies were ready on December 3rd, 2021, they discovered that the bags and hoodies were printed in two different greens. The green in the image on the right is the correct green on the bags. The green in the image on the left is the green used on the hoodies. This is not the brand color for this organization. It took about a month for us to find out about the issue from the client due to holidays and year-end. We contacted the company to ask for a partial refund on the hoodies for the client due to the colors being so different that they needed to re-order them. They said it was too far past the time of ordering, even though it took almost the same amount of time for our order to be fulfilled in the first place. They offered us a solution of printing with them again and them covering the cost of one side on a future order. Considering how long it took for them to be printed incorrectly in the first place, we've decided to go with a different vendor. Forewarning that if you work with this place you will want to provide exact PMS colors preemptively and check your orders immediately.
