They measured and went to Home Depot and purchased a unit for 500 dollars. Returned the next day and worked on it for 3 hours at which point I was informed that the width was measured not the height and the unit would not fit. I needed to hire someone else. Now I have 1.5 bathroom home instead of a 2 bath home. They also left me Dirt tracks in and out up carpeted stairs and hardwood floors . What a mess and a nightmare.

Rotor-Matic literally saved me thousands of dollars. I recently purchased an older home and my main…read moresewer line backed up about a month later. Initially I contacted a different company, who "cleared" the clogged pipe of the roots. The entire thing happened again about three weeks later. The other company returned, unclogged it again and then charged me $350 on top of the about $500 I already paid. They didn't show me the footage and insisted the main sewer line had to be dug up and replaced. I contacted rotor-matic who told me it just needed to be jetted, the pipe looked to be in fine working condition and did not even charge me for that visit. After getting the run around from the other guys, rotor-matic came and had it jetted and cleared in about a half hour (with the footage to confirm) for hundreds less than the other company tried to charge me (once again, on top of what I had already paid). Jason and Charlie were incredibly kind and helpful and were very patient when I had to keep rescheduling due to other home repairs. Truly a life saver and I am so thankful.
