I was accosted by an older man, who must have thought I was typical Pueblo area scum and I was a trailer thief or something? He was curt and abrasive, and made the choice to talk down to me like as if I were a child. After trying to sooth his ego, we went inside and he doubled down with the attitude problem. I understand people have bad days, but you're supposed to rise above that and be professional. In the end, the first guy calmed down a bit and I think we were good at that point. However, later when returning the trailer, a different older man came out and took over unhooking me, because apparently the fact that I'm a Class A CDL holder and law enforcement, I must be completely inept? He could have offered to see if I had it, but he pushed his way in and started talking trash under his breath. His friend must have told him about earlier. Petty older men who are controlled by their emotions have a tough time in a customer service setting, especially as they get up in the years and their relevence in their peer groups starts fading. Luckily, a female staff named Nika came out and stopped his unprofessionalism, and finished our return transaction. These gentleman need refresher training. I shouldn't be too concerned, the turn over at this location is high... none of them will likely be there in 6 months.

We rented a truck on Saturday for two days with 136 miles allowance cost of 204$. The plan was to drop the truck off in Denver but we couldn't because we not able to drop off the old appliances to Goodwill. We have to drive all the appliances back to Pueblo. After take out the appliances I dropped it off on Sunday morning to Scot at this place. This guy was on his cellphone for awhile before he waved to me to drop the key off. I told him why I couldn't drop it off in Denver. So he just tell leave the key so he take care of it because he wanted to get back on his cellphone. I didn't know that they charged my credit card another additional 242$ for driving back to Pueblo. When I come back to ask talk to Rick or Ron he said because breech of contract. What is the point of making a reservation when you're just going to not honor them? On my date of pickup really couldn't even have the professional curtesy to give me a call and let me know so I can scramble to find a new truck with 2 days until I'm supposed to be moved. Please if you can just go with another service provider this guy was rude and a true ass clown in every sense of the word. Horrible service.

I first was nervous after having some hiccups with the website, then showing up for the rental and having nobody at the store to assist us, we were sent across town to this location and these women went above and beyond providing the best customer service. Not only did they help with the insurance snafu that wasn't mentioned in the web, but they actually saved me money...AND helped get a business account set up for me!
