A technician came to my house to assess my HVAC system that was not running cold. He ended up finding that there was no freon and a leak. Told me he needed a part for the leak and would give me an estimate. Closed the system up. We also spent some time discussing possibly replacing the unit because it is older. He then asked for $200 for one hour labor ($120 for first 30 minutes, $65 for second 30 minutes and $15 fuel charge). I was shocked, but paid. They will be on the job every day until its done and the customer is happy! There are hardly no other company in the market doing that these days.
