We felt that she was in our corner and had out best interests in mind; successfully advocating for terms and repairs the seller initially declined to complete. This was our first time buying a home, so we had lots of questions. Christi was very understanding and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. She was easy to work with, punctual and made herself available. We highly recommend Christi to anyone who is looking for a realtor! We will happily work with her again in future.

If you need a realtor, look no further!…read more We worked with Christi for over two years in the process of finding our perfect house. We first met her at an open house she was holding, back when we didn't even realize we were so ready to move, but after seeing that house we started looking in earnest. Our old house was in a slightly out-of-the-way gated community with a high HOA and Mello-Roos. Despite that, Christi was always able to draw interest in our house, and foot traffic to open houses. We had several offers, but prospective buyers backed out (at no fault of Christi's, or our house!). When we found the right house, Christi sprang to action. She is a great negotiator, managing to get us a good price for the new house, plus a seller credit to compensate for some roof issues, and to get the price up on the house that we were selling. And she's an incredible project manager in how she kept an eye on every aspect of our old house's sale and the new home's purchase -- which included everything from managing the termite repairs of the new house (the seller's agent was based in OC), dealing with roofers, and pushing our old house's buyers to get their paperwork together when a tax lien threatened to postpone the purchase. She had great referrals to electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. -- all her connections made everything go so much easier than I ever could have imagined. Our sale/purchase was an incredibly complicated process, but Christi made it run so smoothly! On top of all that, she's super nice, and so easy to work with! She's an absolute gem. I am so thankful that we found Christi, because there's no way we'd be in our house right now if it weren't for her.

Neither my agent nor I were able to have a conversation with the selling agent, after many emails the agent assistant reached out to my agent. I got a text from Scott (the selling agent) with his personal number, but he never replied. We bought the house with little to no help from the seller. If you end up working with them keep your eye open and look at every single detail in the house, they are very shady. just to top it all, the day that I was taking possession of the house August 1st. I went with my agent to get the key to the house and the safety box that had the key was gone. We reach the office and the personal phone number of the agent and never got a replied. We looked around the property and finally found the key under a bucket... how unprofessional is this? Be careful if they promise you, that they will fix issues regarding the property, they will do the minimum just to cover their tail. So, my advice is stay away from this group.

Worst rental Real Estate agency I have ever dealt with. To be fair it is the only real estate…read moreagency I have dealt with. I have owned a home most of my adult life. I rented a home in Hemet, CA. Paid 1st months rent + a security deposit. I asked them if they had electronic payment withdrawals through the bank. They said no. But, they should be getting it soon. Three years later, and two late payments out of 36 payments they still haven't got it. Now I moved out. And, they charged me two late fees. Yet did not charge other families late fees...mmm. I left the house in much better condition, than when I arrived. I put in new hose valves, screen, fruit trees, patched the dry wall that the previous tenant damaged, etc. Not only that, but I left 10 days early, so that they could find a renter for the home w/o losing money. Just bought a new home. And Grant Brubaker is making me wait a 20 day CA. period to return my deposit, of which he took two separate late fee payments from. They stated I was an excellent renters. So much for being kind. What a jerk!
