Absolutely horrific service took over 10 days to receive an email back and we still have not received what we paid for.

I consider myself to be meticulous and detail oriented when it comes to projects that require being…read moreso in general. With that said, I am extremely satisfied with the final result of the Paint Protection Film installation on my Tesla Model Y! I've contacted several other businesses/companies around Seattle and Bellevue area prior to scheduling my service with Fanboy to get quotes for comparisons on coverages, availabilities, and brands of film used. It's not my first time getting PPF installation so I am able to somewhat discern the price to value being offered. However - and this is where I've done research so others won't have to - Teslas naturally come with quirks that could cause issues during PPF installations if the installer isn't fully aware of them. To name a few, these quirks include delicate clips, unpredictable fitments between panels, corner edges of panels with minimal margins of folding, tight corners, and cameras/trims/emblem in the way. I've read reviews of poor installs having huge air pockets on tight corners, films lifting and/or not fully wrapped around the edges, uneven placements, and installers simply cutting around the cameras/trims/emblem. Some even reports trims and panels being loose after PPF installation due to broken clips. I came to a conclusion that I needed to find a place that works and installs PPF frequently on Teslas and not just have "some" experience doing so. When I came across Fanboy during my search, I must admit I was hesitant on using them because the company itself is relatively new. But with their specialty being PPF Installation specifically for Teslas and their highly competitive pricing, I decided to schedule appointment for a Full Front PPF Install. I had a lot of questions and concerns but all of them were addressed and explained even before I had the chance to ask which reassured me of their level of expertise. I left my Model Y with them over a weekend while I was on a trip. My trip back was delayed and the next day had some rain so I asked if they can keep my car in their workshop for an extra day if they had the space. They were in no obligation to do so but they accommodated my request. The install turned out to be amazing and they do warrant their workmanship so I am not too worried if something unforeseen does happen! As far as I could tell (or can't tell), I do not see any imperfections and they even went above and beyond by carefully detaching the cameras/trims/emblem and putting them back after the film was installed instead of simply cutting around them. No air pockets or specs of dirt, no lifting, the PPF wraps around the edges where it can (and even where I thought it can't), and no broken clips. Both Dylan and Michael were a pleasure to work with and they offered to check the PPF again in a month for quality assurance. Overall experience was A++. For anyone who read the entirety of my long winded review, know that you'll be in good hands. I wanted this review to be as detailed as possible to recognize the service and workmanship that I received and to give the people looking for Tesla PPF installation some reassurance with using Fanboy.

They quickly explained to me the difference between 3M film and the film that I was looking to get. I felt confident that after a short conversation with multiple staff, the film choice was the right one. I left them with my new luxury SUV, which already had privacy glass that they had to tint over. After the service was done, it was completed on time with extra care. I believe two to three individuals worked on the car, and it was absolutely flawless. When I got inside, it was hard to imagine it was the same car. A corneal disease impacts my ability to drive with lots of rain on the ground or at night. These folks were great about getting me the right film that took care of the car. The one additional thing that I would add is that after the install, there was a small bubble on one of the windows. It wouldn't go away after a couple of days, and I was concerned. When I returned, they assured me that within a week, with the hot temperatures and parking in the sun, it would go away, but scheduled a replacement appointment under warranty at no cost regardless. Just days before the appointment, I was happy to call them back and say that it cured perfectly. I couldn't recommend these guys more. They're absolute experts at what they do. The price is absolutely phenomenal, and they certainly have experience working on extremely high-end cars. Strongly recommend.

The RV dealer recommended we have XPEL installed when we took delivery due to the nature of the fiberglass and it's propensity to chip. I called several installers and many were not able to install on RV's or wouldn't be able to do it on our time frame (we had a large trip scheduled and the delivery of the RV had taken longer than expected). I called Neal at Northwest Autoshield and explained my situation. He was very accommodating. He was able to work us into his schedule at a time when it would be easier to tow a large travel trailer into SODO and avoid the rush hour traffic. When we arrived Neal and his crew literally dropped what they were doing and rushed to help us get the trailer pulled into the shop. They immediately got to work while he explained the process to us. The entire install went smoothly and took about 2 hours. There is a Starbuck's probably within walking distance (we brought a second car since we had to tow the trailer with my husband's truck). 3000 miles and 5 states later (not to mention tons of family memories) our beautiful new RV still looks great thanks to Neal and his team. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
