Didn't notice their air/water machine is broken when I paid my $1.50. Couldn't adjust the PSI to what is rated for my motorcycle. Inquired within about a refund. The Hispanic woman working at 3:30pm on Friday, Oct 1, 2021 was less than unhelpful. I explained 3 times the issue. Her reply "Go ahead", obviously not understanding (or not caring) that the device on the property (making sure to be clear here because according to her "we don't own it. is separate") was not operating and I wanted a refund. When she advised me, in an exasperated and rude tone, she wouldn't help, I proceeded to leave. Now, point of fact, after I exited the station building, I did use profanity to express my frustration at the situation and her complete lack of customer service, to which she proceeded to exit the building (while a customer was inside) to mouth off to me. This isn't the first time she has been rude and unhelpful, but it's the last time I'll waste one moment in any 76 station. Chevron stations are better anyways. I use MY Apple Pay that's on MY phone and MY watch and the guy still ask for MY ID and the card .. well brain head if I use the Apple Pay it's cause I don't have the card!.. it got approved and then he void it! ... If I was able to put 0 Stars I will. 1.- pumps give you less gas, I went for a full thank and this pump put 3 gallons more the my car capacity, how is this posible, I wasn't totally empty? 2.- the pump did't read my card, but keep asking how for my zip code, really weird, so I went inside and pay. 3.-the next day I was charge multiple times on my card, because i keep putting gas, they start with small amounts and keep adding up... total nightmare, my bank cancel my card same day and call me thank god, I was on pump 10 last week, so be careful. read more

Terrible location. At least on the day I went. It looks like there is a snack store but it was locked. You had to tell the guy at the counter what you wanted, but you couldn't see what the options were because you couldn't go into the store. The microphone thing that's supposed to make it easier to hear the guy behind the glass was broken so I felt like I was shouting what I wanted and we kept going back and fourth "no not that. yes that. no, no the other item." Also, it seemed like every once in a while you got a quick whiff of pot if you got really close to the window. But that could be someone in the neighborhood and my imagination. read more

This gas station has now become 76! This is one of my weekly gas stations that I tend to go to, but don't expect anything great here! The gas prices are decent and I believe that is why this location gets a lot of traffic. A downside that this gas station has is that the gas pumps are a little too close to each other causing a lot of cars to wait behind others and then move up so they can pump gas. In addition, the windshield cleaners don't look maintained and are not available on all pump stations causing you to have to walk further with a dripping windshield cleaner in your hand. When pumping gas, there are televisions on every pump so you can catch up on news, sports, or general ads, which is kind of cool. The location does offer a small snack bar with a well filled fridge full of drinks. The snack bar also has AC, so you can cool down for a couple of minutes during a hot day. The cashiers are usually fast and get you want you want pretty quickly. It does slow down when someone attempts to buy multiple items, because each person has to scan there own UPC for the cashier to ring up. Overall an OK gas station, don't expect amazingness. read more

PROS: - Gas isn't cheap anymore, but here in the West Side this is the closest, cheapest, and simply most convenient place for me to fill up. - Perfect snack shop for a little grubbing on-the-go. - Pumps have TVs- a little distraction while you fill up. CONS: - The nozzle handle on one of the pumps had a wire or something sticking out completely cut my index finger. Got home sanitized and bandaged it. My dad goes few days later and cuts his same finger with the nozzle. Wow! Just wow! How many people have left their blood stains there?!?! Just make sure you sanitize after you pump!! - Wish they wouldn't allow the bums to walk around and ask for money every time I go. _ The old lady that works there is a bitch! - Sometimes machine won't accept my credit card.
