Great spot closest to the Queen Mary and harbor area. The light was on and we needed a quick stop. A little tight for larger vehicles. Two driveway entrances and convenience shop where the attendant and register are. We were in and out in no time. Every time I go here there's always a bum asking for change. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And it's different bums too, not same ones. Like seriously, where did the last one go? Do they take shifts or what? The other guy was probably on PTO, idk. But my last straw with this place was when they put up this sign that says: Buy 1 get 1 for $1 on select chocolate bars. Went to grab a bunch, but for whatever reason, it kept pricing at regular price. They used to have noticeably lower prices than other gas stations around Downtown Long Beach, but it seems that their prices have gone up like the rest of them. There is an evil woman that I can only assume is related to the manager or owner as she should have been let go years ago. She does not speak or read English --- which I generally wouldn't have a problem with, but she has overcharged me several times and will not discuss any pricing issues. All employees there accept tobacco coupons, but she will not because she cannot read. She is always just chatting away on the phone and will make customers wait and she is carrying on. I've made several complaints and have left notes for the manager to call me back regarding her behavior, and lack of professionalism, but have not received any correspondence anytime i have left a note for the manager or owner to contact me within the last 7 years. SMH. If it wasn't for her, I would probably rate this location with 4 stars. The rest of the employees are generally great! Occasionally this place can become congested as it is conveniently located 1 block on a 1-way street to get on the 710 freeway, but most times, its easy in and out. The coolers are always stocked and the refrigeration is set at a nice cold temperature. If you're into saving a couple bucks, I recommend getting a "Kickback Card" -- It's the 76 brand loyalty/rewards program. Just ask them for a card, and they'll give it to you without the need to signup on the spot. You'll need one in order to get the 2-pack cigarette discounts that are posted everywhere. This is an odd review for me, but it's a good one. I needed some air in my tires, and this station had a working machine that takes quarters and cards. The card price is 25 cents more, but again, they had a working machine. Usually in this area that seems to be a rarity. The machine filled all for tires for $1.75, which seemed good to me. Didn't look at the gas prices, and the layout of the place is a little tight, but all in all, seems like a solid gas station. read more

This gas station is very convenient and accessible, as it is on the corner of 7th street and Magnolia. It is right before the 710 freeway entrance. I recommend avoiding fueling up here in the mornings as it gets crowded around 7:30 am. Try to get here earlier. It's open all night as well. As a result I almost always fuel up when I'm going home in the pm. read more

It's kinda cramped at this corner spot. Kinda shady neighborhood so watch your back for bums asking for money. NO ALCHOHOL SO GO TO THE STORE ACROSS THE STREET. otherwise OK spot to fill up. I was on fumes and there are not many other stations close by to fill up. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Every time I try to use one of my credit cards it gets rejected and I get a call from the bank saying someone tried to use it fraudulently. I tell them, no, that was me and use a different card. Well, now i know why. I used my card there and 2 hours later I get a call from my credit card company saying that someone has STOLEN my credit card number and is off in Anaheim on a shopping spree. If I could give a zero star I would. I visited this gas station 02/28/2020. I paid for my gas and literally drove off without pumping it. I called the attendant (Luz) within minutes of driving off. The attendant of course tried to initially say I didn't pay for it. I had my receipt in my hand and was logged into my bank account where I could see the charge. The attendant said she would have the manager call me. A week went by [no call]. After driving by the gas station a few times and missing the manager and leaving messages unreturned, I left a message with another attendant that I would be contacting the corporate office. I got a call from the manager [Michelle] within minutes. The manager told me she could only give me $19 of the $25 I paid because someone else pumped $6 of the gas I prepaid [even though she says they paid at the pump]. I told the manager I was not coming back to the gas station to get a partial refund of the money they knew I paid. The manager told me she was doing me a favor by offering anything at all and told me "it was my fault" that I drove off, not hers. WOW!!! Ok, so I called the corporate office and clued them in on this superb customer service. They researched it and found out my story checked out. They basically over-ruled the manager and told me to give them a precise date and time [which I don't know why the precision was needed] I would be there, and they would return me my $25. I didn't even bother to go back and get it. My thing is this... if $25 is worth you losing all my business as well as questioning my integrity [in alluding to me trying to scam them for $25] they are just not worth my time. The very $25 essentially cost them a little less than $5k when you consider I spent $100 a week there in gas. Do yourself a favor an steer clear of this station. WATER IN THE GAS!!!! I will never use this gas station again. They are obviously putting water in their gas. The last two times I filled up, I noticed that the gas prices had suddenly dropped about $0.75 lower than other local stations, after consistently being comparable in price for the past year. Then I realized my gas was being used up much faster than usual, although my commute and daily driving have not changed at all. I'm very scared it will cause permanent damage to my car. In addition, I am harassed by vagrants asking for money every time I go here. Use this gas station at your own peril. read more
