I would not recommend this company. They gave a quote to my boyfriend for $350 and it ended up being $650. First of all they showed up late, which was no big deal but it was the owner and he brought his wife who's probably around 55-60 years old. You can see his wife struggling and this job was only my bedroom (bed frame, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, mirror , electrical bed frame) this took him from 10:35-2:30pm. The owner claimed it was because of the electrical bed frame that took him longer, which is BS. So if you have electrical bed frame you better mention it. This shouldn't have double the price at all. He's a scammer! He needs to hire adequate people for this type of job , not his wife. I am very upset with the price. I recommend to get another company or compare prices. read more

This is my second time hiring UMS - Covid Compliant, Always Polite and Helpful. The reason I went back to UMS is that they take the time to do it right, not rushing but working at a consistent pace - these guys are great ! We had a truck load of Furniture along with items (storage bins) that when we first moved were to heavy for us to take upstairs. They handled all my items with care - carefully taking heavy furniture & storage bins up to my second floor. Robert & Alex (movers) I can't thank enough - Very Friendly - dressed nicely (this makes you feel confident that they care about themselves and your stuff) The nice thing about UMS is that they don't over charge and they're so easy to work with. I will preface this review by saying I have only written one other negative review in my life. I never review unless I'm going to give 5 stars, or 1 star in the case that my experience was so horrifically bad I sincerely feel no one else must suffer the same fate. They have silver-tongued people running their phones but mark my words, these people are absolutely snakes. They must capitalize on the fact that "United Moving Solutions" is quite close to "United Van Lines", which is actually a reputable company unlike this unsavory group. Amber and Shay, this one goes out to you. Shay lied to me, saying that "We own our own trucks, we aren't brokers!" Well then, how do you explain that the movers that actually showed up were driving an Enterprise truck?! They also will tell you "Oh we will call you the day before with more details!" Spoiler: They won't call you. You will have to call them several times. Okay down to business, here is what you need to know: Like many of you, I put a request on movers.com to be contacted. I was working when I got the call and I took the second quote I got because hot mama, they gave me a deal! DON'T FALL FOR IT. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Pay a little more and save yourself the stress of dealing with these people. I signed the contract. Then they delayed my move several days. Shay on the phone said, "Sorry, we're just so busy right now!" Okay well then do a better job managing your company maybe? On the day of the move I was given a window of 10am to 2pm. The movers did not show up until 7 PM!!!! No one is answering their phone after hours so these guys don't have to answer to anyone. Finally my stuff is all packed up and out at 9 pm! The next week, guess what, my drop-off date is delayed AGAIN. Amber on the phone promises me it will be a prompt 8 AM dropoff! And to their credit, through the date was delayed they were at least there at 8 am. Here's where it gets sketchy again. The guys show up, this time in a white unmarked truck. At least it's not an obvious Enterprise rental again. They tell me I have to pay before they unload the truck. Look, I don't know about any of you but most moves I've had require payment AFTER unloading. You even can tip then, and trust me, when moves have gone well I've been so very happy to tip a hardworking individual rather well! But it's almost like these people know they wouldn't get paid or tipped because oh goodness, my stuff was destroyed. As you can see in the photos, my boxes were handled with absolutely zero care. They were brought in upside down and smashed. Dishes were broken! In terms of furniture, my TV stand was a lost cause. It was the sloppiest move I have ever seen. Don't hire this company. It's a shame to leave a not-so-good feedback here despite of others who seemed to have an AMAZING experience with UMS. I thought at first I am in good hands with them.. turned out to be a nightmare. The movers were scheduled early around 10 am so that they could help me pack and given that the furnitures were heavy. They finished at 7pm with about 30 min break for lunch but my bill came about $1700+. To my dismay, this already includes a *discount* for breaking my marble lamp base and its shade. It was a 2k lamp but they gave me a $100 discount. Fine.. I paid for the total amount anyway because I figured if they took really good care of my stuff then I could justify paying that much. Take note that I live by myself in a two bedroom unit at a high rise. I only used my other room as an office with a table, chair and some books.. and no, I don't have a library. Few weeks have passed and I was finally able to unpack these boxes and my inventory of broken furnitures were a lot more than I could imagine. Talked to Dasha about what happened and I have expressed my frustrations to pay such a big amount of money but the quality of the service was subpar. She told me that I should've let them know about the damages before I even paid and signed... as if I could unpack and Take a good look at everything at that night and the guys were rushing to go home. She also told me to send pics of the damaged goods to their email and I did but never heard a response. Few weeks after I called my bank to dispute it but guess what-- they took it back. Now, I've felt that all these efforts to get some kind of resolution is worthless. They'll eat up your money in a snap without providing a good customer service to begin with. I don't know, I really couldn't justify their prices for their services. I regret that I trusted them with my all of my Restoration Hardware furnitures. I should've called the Red Carpet Movers instead since they're the ones that installed those newly bought furnitures into my unit and never left a dent! Guess what, my bf moved in with me after a few months. We called a different moving company. They provided the moving supplies and charged us with boxes that they used but it was nowhere near half of what UMS have charged me. They dropped his things to my apartment and to the storage (which UMS didn't had to do) for just half a day. We recently moved, but kept our things in storage for a little over 4 months. When our stuff came, one of our nightstands was broken, and we were missing one large hiking bag that was filled with high value items. When all of our things came, i completely forgot about the hiking bag, and signed that we got all of our things. Once we put everything away, i realized that i was missing the hiking bag, so i called and they told me i should file a claim. So i did, you can see it attached. I wrote a review on google and the owner got back to me saying that they are willing to help me figure it out. He/she also said that i only filed a claim about the nightstand. Again, attached you will find that the claim contains both nightstand and hiking bag. They told me to be patient and that they will help me. I chose the 60cents per pound insurance because they assured us that our things would be safe. Turns out not so safe. The value of the hiking bag is over $2000 and i will now get close to nothing. I am waiting to see what will change, but for now this is my honest review based on the experience i had with them. read more

This mover shouldn't be used EVER. I waited 3 months to get my stuff and when I did, the pictures attached were the condition of my sboxes. Not only that, but someone went through them and stole vital papers, jewelry and other items important to me. My files were taken from letter F thru letter S. I not only feel ripped off, I feel violated. They picked up my stuff on March 23 and I got it finally on June 10. I called numerous times, left many messages without out call back or even a touch base that someone received the message. I was able to get cell phone numbers for both owners and spoke with both who were "exceptionally sorry" and then they dropped off the face of the earth. Not only that, but was given lip service saying that 1) they'd get right back to me. (within the hour) or by Friday. Never did, 2) they were to send me a claims form for the missing stuff. I have yet to see it. My job was a small move job, I get that. But if they can't handle the small jobs, how are they going to handle the big ones. I paid for my delivery because I needed to go thru it. I waited 3 months and I had just gotten done selling / buying a house at the same time. I was exhausted and they benefited off that. Update after moving in for 4 month, finally got csi review my case and decided to give me 200 dollars as a colpensation with all these damages. The company added about 20 dollars on top of that as a compensation. I have no clue where did they calculated 20 dollars from, asked them and they don't know either. Didn't wanted to refund me any of the $2k that I spent on paying for moving garbages. Never trusting these types of moving companies with unprofessionally trained movers damaging most of my furniture. I will be extremly cautious when the sales team just want the signiture asap. I think after 4 month, now is a time to just make ky move with file complaints on Department of transportation, american moving and storage association, and the better business bureau. I hope this teach them a lesson to train the movers as how they should be, how to deal with such cases like this and also highly ENCOURAGE them to get a insurance to cover all this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came late. Then, when they did come, a lot of the furniture was broken and some items were missing (including my personal computer with several higher value components). Vlad will come to pick up your stuff, tell you 100 reasons why things will cost more than was agreed to, and then let his movers throw your stuff around, until they take about twice as long as competitors for worse service. They didn't even take everything they were supposed to. They never even looked in the pantry or one of the bathrooms. I had to throw away or donate hundreds of dollars worth of stuff because they just left it. My stuff was picked up on the first day of our agreed-to window. It wasn't dropped off until the last day of the window, nearly a month later. When it was, they had forgotten 1/3rd of my stuff. The stuff that did come was poorly packed and many items were damaged. Then I had to wait another week to get the rest of my stuff. But when everything came, many things were missing. Save yourself the hassle. Avoid this company at all costs! It's better to rent a Uhaul and hire some dudes to move it. Working with them has been awful! They're rude; many of their people don't know what they're doing; they don't respect your time; they're just looking to make money; they will lose your stuff! read more

I was moving from Los Angeles to Houston. I hired United Moving Solutions because their office team was super responsive and helpful. United was not the cheapest option, but not the highest priced either. On Moving Day Adrian and Davonte showed up at my house with a United truck and in the blue polo uniform. Davonte got down to work. Adrian spent most of the time talking to me and hitting on me. When it became clear I wasn't responding to it, he started telling me stories about his military experience and how great of a guy he is. Shortly after his girlfriend showed up at my house. He then shared with me how the movers have girlfriends in every town. The whole situation made me uncomfortable, so I disappeared to my bedroom. My adult son finished dealing with the movers. Fast forward to delivery day. Mark showed up by himself and worked really hard getting everything unloaded. Unfortunately it became very clear that ALL my furniture was broken. -3 pieces of art -Peloton -2 dressers -dining room table -6 dining room chairs -2 desks -1 drafting art table -2 Razer gaming desk chairs -2 outdoor chairs/table I should note, that literally ALL of my furniture was damaged. I didn't move beds or living room furniture. Mark felt really bad and worked really hard to make the best of a bad situation. I called the office and reported what occurred. I left a message for the manager to return my call, and have not heard back in over a week. If you are a single female DO NOT USE this company. I don't know if Davonte broke my stuff because he was moving it himself and was mad or if Adrian broke it in retaliation for me not being responsive to his inappropriate behavior. Local moves have been decent. However, I hired them to store and deliver my household goods to Texas and they have repeatedly ignored my calls and then lied about delivery dates for weeks and more than a month after my scheduled delivery date I still don't have my things. I've had to threaten to call the police to report it stolen and even called another trucking company to pick up everything and miraculously my things are en route. But now it's been delayed 3 days due to a broken truck supposedly. This has been the worst experience in my 16 years moving nationwide. I will be filing a report with the FMCSA. read more

Except for the sales Rep Shay, the entire moving experience was horrible! Fee kept going up during the packing process and ended up paying over $20,000 on a quote that was a little over $14,000. We were supposed to have four movers but only had 3 and the move was supposed to take max of 4 days, but took 5 and they did not move all the heavy furniture inside the house because the one guy that was left on the last day couldn't move it himself. Two workers fought with the lead mover over how and what to pack first. Same two workers were late to the house every day. So many damaged or broken items. We are still finding things that are broken or missing. I have reached out three times since the move to have them send a team out to finish moving the rest of the furniture, but were only told they would let me know if that would happen. Didn't reassemble any of the large items that they disassembled. They have the parts and screws that are required to reassemble that they never gave us. Now all our furniture and tv are no longer able to be used. Drivers showed up high and still smoking vape pens in their truck and while managing our items. Then left before reassembling anything. Damaged our items. And of course, Missing items. They also hold your items hostage and refuse to unload unless you pay off the full 100% of the payment. The pick up movers seemed rushed and they did help with a a few boxes but ultimately 'helping me out' just meant throwing all my remaining stuff in a box without any bubble. Colonial was contracted to pick up for our move on 8/20 to deliver between 8/26 and 8/30. They subcontracted to UMS. They called us and asked to pick up a little over a week early. While inconvenient, we accommodated this request, with the hope they would hold or better the delivery date since they were picking up early. It's now 9/3 and we cannot even get Colonial OR UMS to return our calls for a delivery date. In addition, they caused significant property damage at pickup, including dragging a truck lift gate and damaging the driveway, dragging furniture across unprotected floors (most professional movers will cover floors before moving) leading to hardwood floor damage. Several of the crew that arrived were drinking alcohol throughout the day while loading. read more

The crew that was sent were very friendly and worked to get the job done in one day! We had a second stop at storage to pickup boxes then proceed to the destination. Trucks and blankets were clean. Respected the community at origin and destination. Everybody stayed funny and just busy the entire move. Near the end they got too rushy and items were placed in the wrong location as all boxes were marked where to place at destination. We had to stop them and have items moved to correct place. They really wanted to get the job done that day. It was a full house move. Site Supervisor was really on top of the move with 2 trucks and 4 men. He was good! And so mild mannered. Not a good experience with this company. Very poor customer service Unprofessional driver at delivery Overcharged - So far I'v paid $181 over original price. Was told 1-3 days and ended up being 7 days. We used a similar company when moving from Milwaukee, WI to San Diego, CA and it took them 4 days to move it over 2,000 miles. Why does it take this company 7 days to move less than 400 miles? Shay was good at communicating with, up until the day of pick up when it fell off the rails. She told me someone from dispatch would be contacting me Friday 03/26 to let me know a time frame of when the movers will be arriving on Saturday 03/27. Shay previous told me I would receive 24-48 hours notice. When it got past 6pm, I still haven't received any call. I called their number and left a message and also emailed Shay. Saturday morning and still no response from anyone. Tried calling their number about 25 times until finally someone answered. Was told the pick up may not happen anymore today as they are running late and very busy but will call me back with an update in a few minutes. He did call me back, which was great, to let me know that there is no guarantee that they will make it today but will call me back again at 1pm to update me. 1pm comes and no call back. So here I go again trying to get a hold of someone. Finally, at 3pm, after calling their number many times, I searched if they have different numbers on Google and 1 did come up. So I called that and someone picked up right away! Turns out it was the guy's personal cell phone. I guess they are not too busy if he has time to answer his personal phone during work, but glad he did. Told me the movers will be coming in about 1 hour! And that he would call me Monday to update me on delivery. So from a 24-48 notice to a 1 hour notice. The movers that did show up for pick up were great and very fast. As we had everything ready for them all in 1 room. Monday 03/29 came, no response until I made the effort to contact them. Got the excuse from Shay that "they are very slammed today" and will give me an update ASAP. Finally got an update after 3 more days on Thursday 04/01. Was told "should" be arriving Saturday 04/03. When I reminded them that I was told it would be 1-3 days to delivery from pick up date. They quickly snapped back with "1-3 business days". But that would still put them late seeing as that would put them at a Wednesday 03/31 drop off date at the latest. Finally, they show up on Saturday 04/03 and even more issues arrive! The driver parks at an angle blocking the whole street so no cars can get through. I, and a neighbor, asked him to please move the truck and park it better against the curb. The drive got very upset and refused to do this in a timely matter causing people to get upset with the driver yelling that he is "being harassed and will fight you". Leading to police almost being involved. After that, was told our bill is double the price. So now we had to fix that. The driver wanted us to drive to the bank and take out over $3000 to pay him in cash! As they were taking items off the truck, we noticed 2 items that were not ours. A box spring and a mystery box. The drive and the other guy there said that this happens ALL THE TIME! WOW! When all was done we had 5 items broken, 3 missing pieces to a stand, and they failed to take the shrink wrap and tape off all items. BROKEN $600 GUITAR! Emailed Shay about the many problems on Sunday 04/03 and didn't hear back until Wednesday 04/07 after asking for an update. Talked to Vlad, their "Manager/Supervisor". He tells me that they provided great service to me and that there is nothing he can do for me. And that his driver did nothing wrong. When asked if I could speak with his manager he told me that no one is above him. When asked again, was told only the Owner is above him and that I can not speak with her because she would not know what to do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Overall really solid work from the UMS team. All of their movers were AMAZING and the quote process was really seamless. The only area that needs some work is around communication for pickups/delivery - it seems there is a dropoff between the sales/moving teams and the dispatcher and you need to be proactive reaching out to their team to get details on the timing of pickup/delivery. Details below. Scheduling/Quote 5/5 - worked with Shay from start to finish. Was professional and communicative, and open to meeting/beating competing offers. Had to follow up with Amber (customer support) to get details on the arrival time, etc. a day or so before - but otherwise good communication from the UMS team. Movers 5/5 - Brian and Alejandro were extremely professional, courteous, timely and communicative. Brian called the evening before arrival to confirm pickup time the next morning and arrived early/on time as planned. They both packed our belongings with care and were extremely hard working and efficient! For the delivery process, Tony and Angelo were also hardworking, efficient and professional. They walked our house beforehand to see if there were any areas that needed extra protection and were very mindful/careful with all of our belongings. All of our belongings arrived in the same condition they were picked up in. Communication 3/5 - While communication with the sales team (Shay) and the drivers/movers (once assigned) was solid, trying to get details from the UMS dispatch team was not great. This company contracts the move and also carries it out unlike brokers who sub the work out to other companies and it shows in the excellence of their services. Here is my reply to United Movings response to my review. Your comments are full of errors and falsehoods. First, you do no address the fact that your total charges almost double your estimate of $3100. Some excess charges can be expected, but to double the estimate is like bait and switch. You did have access to the second house on the first day. Anthony did not want to extend his day and so did not finish unloading. He said they were tired and would do a better job it they delayed But Anthony did have access to the keys. In fact I met him in the Lowes Summerlin parking lot to get the keys back from him. Not everything was loaded into the trucks the first day, far from it. A very big reason for the delay was the inability of the first day workers to get the desk down the stairwell, and the two large holes they knocked in the sheetrock while trying. You had two trucks the first day and unloaded one of them the second day and kept my stuff in the other truck for three days because you had taken on more business than your crews could handle.. It took the second and third day to load up everything and the fourth day to finally unload, still there was a gap of three days between the first two days and the final two days. Moreover, I had to pay my art movers, Absolute Art, $1475 to move an additional truckload in order to vacate in time the old house for its buyer who was in a hurry to take possession. The move began April 8 and was not fully completed until the 14th of April. Anthony, the head of the UM crew, was constantly distracted by calls from his wife who was going into labor---guess UM never heard of paternity leave. As for Anthony fixing the damage to the drywall, that too is a total lie. Anthony simply pasted paper over the holes in the sheetrock. This was understandably unsatisfactory to the new owner who charged me $200.00 to do a proper repair of the sheetrock and for repainting it. Anthony never explained much about insurance initially. He did mention at the outset that I would not need to use the insurance since the move was a very short distance (2 miles) and nothing was likely to be damaged. As for the Spanish speakers I am fine with that and regularly employ Spanish speakers myself for other things. The problem was that Anthony and your other English speaking crew knew no Spanish and so could not properly direct the Spanish only employees. One of your regular crew members told me they were paid only $11.00/hr and one of the Spanish speaking employees indicated on the fourth day that he was not a regular employee. As for insurance, It is your responsibility to know what your insurer requires for reimbursement and to tell the client at the outset. There was no way I could have learned this before the move started except by your informing me. Given that your insurer requires an inventory, it is your responsibility to create a proper inventory---otherwise it's pointless to refer the client to the insurer. I refused to pay on the last day because all items were not accounted for---missing included a replica medieval sword (value $800) all the remotes to my TV and stereo equipment, some of which had to be replaced at a cost of more than $750. Whoever on your crew unnecessarily disassembled the Minka ceiling fan essentially destroyed it as it is not usable so that is a complete loss too. Someone also disassembled a $500 tiffany style lamb loosing the part connecting the shade the lamp's body rendering it unusable. From beginning to end this was an easy and fantastic move. The team of two younger gentlemen came into the house, assessed the move and talked me through what to expect. They asked questions to ensure they knew what was coming and what was staying - then they packed everything up and put it in their truck. They were quick but very thorough and highly communicative and very good manners. They were just good guys. They moves us from Mountain View CA to Seattle WA and the entire move took 3 days, they picked up everything Saturday morning and it was all delivered Monday morning. The delivery was as seamless as the pick up. Same crew of two guys and they were experts in moving their truck around to fit my small driveway - they then moved everything in making sure not to touch the walls or scrape the floor and ensured everything was put back together where we wanted it. real excellent services and I will absolutely work with them again. Highly highly recommend. I have had moves go the opposite direction, and they are miserable and the overcharges, the stress etc... Not with it. WORK WITH THESE GUYS! read more

This review is found in good company with the previous reviews as all complaints are certified True!! United Moving provides no Solutions but delivers deception and unethical practices right on time... not your possessions. We suffered the same treatment as other reviewers here... they started off a day late 5/28, set a delivery expectation of 7-10 days then as each week would pass have another lie or excuse while our possessions lay in a warehouse. We became quite close to the office staff Olga, Tracy, Shay and Amber and impressed with their own unique talents for how colorful the lies would get as they were in contention for who would win the company achievement award for best delivery of deceptive content. Out of much frustration we asked to speak to the owner Olga stated he would be in meetings 1-5 hours no telling when I asked for his name she stated "I dont know"... Yes folks, employed by "I dont know"! Wonder if they will tell her that when she wants to be paid! Finally we received our delivery just 3 days short of 30 days (read the fine print) received no compensation for loss of time, false expectations, frustrating follow up calls, lack of good faith and overall poor customer service. Found some broken items but forfeited the thought of dealing with them any further. The expectations they set are Not real so remember the fine print if you choose to use this operation...would recommend you find a Moving Company instead. With due regard however the ones to be recognized for doing a terrific job were the guys in the truck Juan, Brenden and JuJu. We hope they find a reputable company to work for soon as they are the real success. This ordeal was a stress test of patience... if you want to test yours sign up today! In 2023 we moved from Las Vegas, NV to Tennessee. It was a big undertaking and the first time I have hired professional movers. I was extremely stressed about the cost, and about handing the care of my belongings over to someone else. The OWNER of the company, came to my house and showed me how to pack my boxes properly so everything would arrive intact. My house is full of rustic pine furniture. It's fairly fragile. I have been adding to this collection for 26 years. I was sure it would all be broken in the move. The second these people showed up to my house on moving day, my blood pressure dropped. I have NEVER seen a group take more caution and care in doing something right. They brought moving blankets and bubble wrap, and card board to protect glass, and they loaded that truck full like a jigsaw puzzle. All of my belongings filled the truck and everything arrived safely and unbroken in Tennessee. Not one thing was broken !Vlad, Tracy, Alex and all staff, were amazing and the epitome of professionalism. Let them take the lead and you will not be disappointed. I hired United Moving this past summer to move my son from LA to Colorado Springs. The customer rep that helped me told me that they would pick up my sons things on August 25 or 26 (which went according to plan - hence, the 2 stars) and then they would be delivered in 7-14 days. I recently found my notes from this conversation). Sometimes, delivery could be even faster. Delivery did not occur in that window. Customer service was horrible and kept saying that it should be there in the next day or 2 but in fact, it did not arrive until a full week later. When delivered, the delivery persons originally told my son that they would not assemble his bed because it was new and in its original boxes. This was also discussed before I signed the contract and I was assured that it would be treated the same as if they had disassembled a used bed. Only after my son called me, and my threatening to call the main office, did they agree to assemble it. In addition, the 70 inch television that United Moving packed up for us was not in that delivery. You can imagine that we were not reassured when they said they would "look for it." As miracles do happen, the TV was found and delivered in the middle of October. (This was not to occur as the whole shipment, a small load, was to be plastic wrapped together, as was explained in my original conversation with the customer rep.) When it was delivered, it was placed on the floor of the apartment and not placed on the furniture where it belonged. For my son, who lives alone, this was a problem as he was new to the area and he could not lift it alone. Needless to say, there are plenty of other companies out there so I would recommend choosing someone else. read more

I was so disappointed in this company. They moved me out of my house and into storage. The way that they packed my storage was horrifying. Things were literally thrown in. My dining room table was scratched and the leg was broken, as two bikes and heavy plastic bins were thrown on top. My brand new coffee table ($400) was chipped and scratched beyond repair. Moving into my new house, I knew none of this (as the storage was locked until I moved out) and hired them again, as they were the only company open last minute. The movers were supposed to show up between 11-1pm. They didn't show until after 4pm, which then claimed they could only take cash for payment. They were also stoned out of their minds. When I refused to pay cash, "somehow" their credit card machines worked again! I was scheduled for 7 hour move. After 3 hours, they told me they were only going to work 1 more. I was SO disappointed, as I was left with only half of my items, no bed moved in, and having to pay for storage longer. Their dispatch / customer service didn't get back to me for 2 days! During the few hours they worked, they took at least 3 smoke breaks (2/3 which they smoked pot). The crew lead couldn't even look straight at me. So, an hour of the time they "worked", I was paying for them to smoke. I was so disgusted, and disappointed, I paid for a different company to come finish my move. read more

Will give two stars on this company due to how amazing shay was during the booking process but after everything was booked we had issues with pick up, first when the movers came they had a different inventory than what we gave, somehow the mover told my husband that there was a mix up, was also told that we got charged extra due to the movers having to box some items up but what they did was not boxing them up like the pictures that are on Yelp but instead they just place cut out cardboard on our tv and other things they didn't fully box any items. 2nd movers were not in an truck that showed they were with the company they came in a all white truck. 3rd movers did not arrive during the expected window that was given to us they were an hour late had to call dispatch to just get an update and then the movers called me to let me know the status. All around was not very pleased on spending 5k on bad service Things were not explain clearly and the fault was blamed all on my husband but this company took fault on anything nor apologized for any kid communication will not be recommending anyone and will not be using this company in the future. Again shay was amazing, but talking to amber was not pleasing experience for us. To many changes in pricing. Up charged and was told we would have all our things moved and delivered the next day. We lived 2 1/2 hrs away from our old home but no guarantee that we would get our things the next day. Holes were put in the wall of our old home. They generously gave us $100 off our bill. What to expect when using United moving solutions. - they will promise you the moon and make it sound like everything will go so smooth. - they will pick your stuff up on time or early. - they will be extremely unorganized - will require you to give them 2 weeks notice for a drop off. (I advise you to give them a date 10-14 days before you want it we have the a months notice and they didn't even start planning our delivery until the date we were scheduled to take deliver 6/25. After 8 calls asking when our stuff would get here with absolutely no calls back they couldn't even tell us where our stuff was or when we would get it until 7/2 and took delivery on 7/4. The movers dropped our fridge when loading the trailer (witnessed by my wife and father in law) putting a crease in both sides and cracking the stainless steel on another side. A few other things were broken upon arrival but the main thing that irritated me was my fridge and they gouged the brand new wood floors in our brand new home. - you can only pay in cash, cashiers check or money order upon arrival which leads me to believe that a lot of people aren't happy with their services. - the drivers will want you to give them a 5 star review and will take a picture for "proof". I don't agree with this process. Kinda feel guilted into a 5 star review? Hmmm... I did so because the drivers were awesome to work with and I'm sure we'll get all this other stuff straightened out. My real problem is with management. No returned calls, never at any point were we aware when we were going to get our stuff. I'm the woman you used fake sympathy on Erin as also having a disabled mother and knowing how important moving properly is. Who do I thank for breaking my mobility scooter and disability aids as well as stealing my property? Having been long time Las Vegas residents we can't wait to share our experience with our friends still there. BTW, Erin on the BBB is my daughter who helped set up the move. I KNOW FOR A FACT she has been consistently writing to you and you've been ignoring her. When your company delivered, they were so dishonest (per your company requirements) they forced me to pay the balance BEFORE inspecting my property. That by itself is very telling. The way my furniture looked when the truck gate was opened was horrifying! It was a mountain of my lifetime belongings with an uncovered chair thrown on top. Clearly the crushed and torn boxes were used for steps. I am devastated by the destruction and losses. I've not yet finished opening my boxes out of fear of what will be discovered. But I can guarantee you will not walk away without repercussions. You ARE a swindler, a liar, and thief. You and your company have proven this. We cannot move forward with our claim for all of the damage done to our belongings because no one will call us back from United Moving Solutions! United Moving Solutions did not fulfill the contract in regards to delivery of our belongings. They did not assemble our furniture, did not bring it into the house nor did they unwrap the moving blankets. The reason we cannot move forward with our claim is because we never received a bill of lading. CSI Pros will not move forward processing our claim without it.
