    All I can say is wow! From beginning to end we couldn't have made this massive move without them! They took a day to pack us up. Loaded and unpacked the following day! Not one thing was broken! And for the price they can't be beat! Call and ask for Jessica!

    I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst company, DO NOT USE!! I paid $1,400.00 to have them empty my garage, re stack the moving boxes neatly and to pack the contents of my garage. I paid extra for packing materials, boxes, tape and paper. Nothing was wrapped, glass dishes were thrown into wardrobe boxes in wrapped! I am having to go through and unpack and wrap and repack everything. They packed things that I told them not to, like food. They pack it all any way, with random stuff. OMG, I could go on for days. I had a supervisor come out to see the mess, he told company policy was to give me 1 free hour of repacking. Guarantee, I will do whatever it takes to get my $1,400.00 back!! Lot's of free advertising and a call to the BBB, as well as perhaps getting an attorney.

    Adrian and Rene did a phenomenal job. They moved my apartment which was located on the third floor with a lot of items into a new location with zero damage and zero flaw. They were very fast and efficient. Thank you so much for the great service and having such a great employees, and all these for a great value! I will definitely choose move 4 less again.

    TALENTED, FAST & EFFECTIVE! AWESOME! ON TIME! I've been in the household goods moving & logistics business for 9 years and I thought we had a tricky move but Move 4 less is certainly dialed in on their operations. Exceeded my Expectations. They coordinated a residential move, pallet delivery and my trucking from the LA port and made magic happen. Great price and will use again. My wife Daniela has used them a few times in the past too and haven't let us down. I would recommend.

    We have used this company 2x for previous moves. Unfortunately, we will NEVER use them again. They left our furniture incomplete by not assembling, they damaged our walls, and bed frame. The movers wasted time by moving slow to ensure extra time was needed. Our move was from our apartment from one side of our complex to another. Same complex. Different building. We had 1 bedroom set of furniture, a couch tv/stand and Buffet. Took them over 2hours and 15 minutes to load into the truck when we had a 3hour and 15 minute window. In the past we had always had 3 movers and 4 hours. But, now the company charges an 160 an hour and not 120 and has less people to complete the job. The movers mentioned their first job canceled and they didn't have a job after, which in return felt like they took their time and wanted to stretch the job for extra $. When we contacted them originally to send someone to complete the job and fix the damages. We were told we wouldn't be getting any credit for inconvenience and that I'd need to submit a damage claim to insurance. Super disappointed and will make sure never to book again.

    Move 4 Less is the best moving company in Las Vegas! I have lived here for 25 years and have never experienced a company so professional. They made everything easy from the start, from e-signatures to scheduling, it was outstanding service. The moving team was punctual and easy to get ahold of when needed. They went above and beyond during the move, making this a seamless experience. Jessica handled this move for us and she also was incredible, so kind, trustworthy, and was available for us with any questions we had. I highly recommend using this company and ask for Jessica; best moving experience I have ever had!

    Do not use this company. When I say "run," I am not exaggerating. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any type of company, and I feel compelled to share what we've been through. To be clear, we did not choose this company ourselves -- my husband's employer selected them as part of our relocation package. From the beginning, it has been a complete nightmare, and more than a year later, we are still dealing with the damage and negligence caused during our move. Despite countless attempts to work with this company and get the situation resolved, we are no closer to a solution. The experience has been marked by a lack of accountability, revolving staff, and complete disregard for the damage they caused. When we moved in, the movers left behind disassembled furniture, which they had taken apart during the move -- despite the agreement that anything disassembled would be reassembled upon delivery. That did not happen. Three days later, two handymen were sent out to put together some of the furniture, search for missing parts to an outdoor shed and a vanity, and assist in looking for missing computers. They also helped reposition a couch that had been left in pieces. They claimed they had no knowledge of any damages and were only sent to assemble furniture. At this point, we noticed that shelves, cabinet doors, and hardware were missing. Our bed was also missing its center leg -- a serious safety issue the movers failed to mention. That night, as I sat down exhausted from the move, the bed collapsed beneath me. It could have caused serious injury. Later that same week, two more handymen were sent to open boxes and continue searching for missing items, including cabinet shelves, computer equipment, and furniture parts. They also took photos of property damage, which they claimed would be used to initiate repairs. However, no repairs have been completed, and the handyman services provided were limited only to furniture assembly -- something that should have happened on move-in day. We were told a separate company would be brought in to handle the actual repairs. That never happened. The damage caused by this company's negligence is extensive and includes: * Hand-built home structures requiring repair * A custom-made dining room chair (currently in the shop for repairs -- invoice available) * A kitchen hutch damaged beyond repair * A refrigerator with multiple dents and scratches (damage witnessed by my father during the move) * Gouged door frames and scratched doors * Severely damaged lamps that can no longer be used * A broken computer * Broken coffee mugs * Scratched and damaged floors * A damaged king bed frame and headboard * A dresser that now sits unevenly on three corners It is important to note that none of this damage existed before our move. This was confirmed by the previous homeowners, the cleaning service, and our realtor, all of whom were involved in a final walk-through of the property before we moved in. Additionally, we later discovered that the movers deliberately attempted to hide the damage by stacking items to cover dents and scratches and by burying broken items like lamps and computers behind other boxes. To make matters worse, the company has outright rejected our claims, even going so far as to accuse us of fraud -- alleging that we submitted stock images from the internet. This accusation is not only false, it's insulting. Multiple representatives from the company have been sent to our home -- three, to date -- to take their own photographs of the damage. We have been transparent and cooperative at every step, yet we continue to be dismissed, ignored, and accused. Despite over a year of calls, emails, and follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. We have tried in good faith to work with this company, but it's clear they have no intention of taking responsibility or making things right. At this point, we are left with no choice but to explore legal options and consult with an attorney regarding potential charges. Bottom line: avoid this company at all costs. No move is worth this amount of damage, stress, and blatant disregard for customer wellbeing.

    Before hiring Move4Less, I highly recommend you do otherwise. While I had 3 good experiences with them, the 4th was absolutely horrible, which is why I cannot overlook it. I interviewed several companies for our move from Reno to Las Vegas. Move4Less will reel you in by price-matching with a competitor and tell you all the things you want to hear. They bill for every 15 minutes, which they stand behind, saying they "track" their employees, and that their employees will absolutely not take advantage of that. However, I found this to be an absolute lie. Their employees most definitely DO take advantage of that, costing you a ton more money. On top of that, they take no care when loading your belongings, which I again experienced with our last service with them. And their insurance is a complete joke. You get 60 cents per pound for damaged or missing items. I even asked about additional insurance and was not given the proper information to purchase. I hired Move4Less for loading and unloading services, two loading services in Reno and two unloading services in Las Vegas. The first loading service was flawless. They arrived and immediately began working. There was a sense of urgency, they were prepared, they got things done. We weren't asked to pay or tip until the end when the job was done. We were so happy with their work, we bought them lunch and tipped them as well. It was a great experience with both the loading and unloading. I held off on writing a review because I wanted to ensure I got the same level of service for every service. Regarding the second loading service earlier this month, it was a night and day difference. When the loaders arrived, they assessed the remainder of our stuff for 15 minutes or so, which was not necessary as a majority of our stuff had been moved the first time. They also weren't prepared, they thought they were doing our first move as opposed to our final move. They also did not have the packing material that was part of our agreement. Thankfully, I had a lot of small boxes and pieces of cardboard left over, so they managed to put a ton of pieces together for the 4 TVs I had and my computer monitors. This was time consuming since it was smaller pieces, time which I paid for since they came unprepared. There was no sense of urgency at all, and it was very evident we were their only job on that day, so it seemed as though they were purposely prolonging it. Not only that, but the very first thing they asked for after taking a look around was payment for the estimate and a tip. A tip before lifting a single finger. I definitely did not appreciate that at all and was quite taken aback. Once they were done, they requested the additional payment and tip again. Unfortunately, my husband was with the loaders when they finished and felt obligated to tip, even though they didn't even do a half-way decent job. As a result of the poor and improper loading services, I had ten pieces of furniture/appliance get damaged. And I won't get enough money from their ridiculous insurance to replace one of those items. It is very evident to me that Move4Less does not properly train all employees they hire on how to load a moving truck, and they do not properly track their employees, which in turn makes their employees easily take advantage of the 15-minute increment charges.

    Does not mention that this includes 1-hour of travel time you have to pay for. They told me they book extra time "in case".

Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! Off the bat, Alona was incredibly helpful and professional in the info gathering phase - asking all the right questions so that no surprises come up for us, or for SBM. She was able to give me a price range for our move, but assured us that a firm price will be supplied once a visual assessment was taken. At the end of the call, she scheduled a video call at an agreed upon date and time for us to walk through our apartment with their estimator. The visual assessment call came exactly as scheduled, and had it not been for some technical difficulties on my end, it went without a hitch. A day after, Alona supplied us our fixed price proposal for our move. The morning of our move, Tristan texted me to let me know that the movers were en route. They actually got to our apartment complex early, but didn't ring the doorbell until the agreed upon start time of 8:30. At 8:30, Jett, Jose and Thomas got to work right away. Even though we were on the 3rd floor of our building that was without an elevator, these gentlemen made quick work of our boxes, furniture and belongings. We did our best to box our things up nicely, but the Team took great care to wrap furniture with the moving blankets and plastic wrap they had brought with them to mitigate any potential damage. In less than 3 hours, our apartment was emptied and our belongings were stacked neatly into the 20' Uhaul they had rented for the move. The drive out to Texas for Jett and Jose could not have been more difficult. We knew this first hand because we drive a nearly identical route just a few hours behind. It rained, then the sun came out, then it stormed. At the Arizona and New Mexico border, the moving truck had to take a detour on to a state road because of a train derailment that caused the I-40E to be shut down. Heading into Texas from New Mexico, there were reports of tornadoes that had touched down. All this to say that the Team went above and beyond to trek through some craziness while ensuring the safety and security of our belongings as well as staying safe on the road themselves. When we finally arrived in Texas, Jett and Jose got to our new place before we did. When we got our keys and opened the doors, they got right to work offloading the truck and moving our things in. Again, they moved quickly and efficiently, despite the humidity. Before we knew it, the truck was emptied and boxes were placed where we asked them to put them. We honestly could not have asked for a smoother move. Jett was quick to communicate through text with updates. Everyone on the Team was extremely courteous - I even had to ask Thomas to not address me as "sir". If you're looking for the cheapest move, Seven Brothers Moving isn't that, but if you're a believer like I am, that you get what you pay for, Seven Brothers Moving cannot be beat. Highly recommended. I initially contacted another moving company for an interstate move from San Diego to Las Vegas. The bid came in very high, and I was told by that company that there were "additional fees" for interstate moves, making the price much higher than expected. Then, just 3 days before my scheduled move, that company called and tried to more than double the price!  leaving me in a total panic. I reached out to 5 STAR Moving Company, and the owner, Craig , responded immediately. He was furious when I told him my story. He calmed me down right away with his happy demeanor and reassuring words that they would take care of the move at a fraction of the quoted price. All was true. Not only did they accommodate me on such short notice, but they were also transparent, professional, and fair with their pricing--no surprise fees! The crew arrived right on time, very happy to be there and eager to start. They handled my belongings with care, and made a stressful move almost seamless.
