Very hard to get this office to answer their phone. You leave a message, with no return call. So hard to make an appointment. Also hard to get a copy of your records sent to one of your other doctors. They tried 3 times and asked that I tired. I went into their office and requested them, and two weeks later, the other office still hasn't received them. This office is not run well. read more

I called this number today (951) 473-8776 and the women that replied phone was unprofessional. I asked he a question in a polite way, then I said thank you, she said "mmhmmm" and hanged up the phone. Also, they charged me 270$ for a video appointment that was around 20 mins. Under 2025 E&M time guidelines, this aligns with CPT 99202 (15-29 minutes), not 99204 (40-54 minutes). read more

If I wrote this review after my 1st appointment it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience DRASTICALLY declined after the initial visit. There has been zero communication and honestly borderline malpractice because of the miscommunication. When I finally was able to schedule a follow up visit after my procedures the PA told me within 72 hours I'd hear from the office to schedule the additional tests and visits i'd need. That was 2 weeks ago. As I'm writing this I'm calling the front office and not only can i not get ahold of the front desk, i can't even leave a message because the voicemail immediately tells me "Sorry I cannot add anymore". But, I can get an immediate email when my $2k bill is available including the additional anesthesia cost. Maybe this review will be enough to have the office contact me? read more

While I am very satisfied with the treatments I have received from Dr. Hong, I am very disappointed when calling in to make an appointment. I have called 3 times and left a message as a machine answers the phone, like a call center. They have called me back. I am going to thier office and talk in person. I may drop them for another doctor. read more

Would not recommend this practice to ANYONE. No one has answered the phone in MONTHS and my husband is in dire need of a colonoscopy. How can anyone receive the medical help they need when no one answers and trust me I have tried ALL hours of the day. I went to go into the office to finally talk to someone and apparently it was the the front desk manager named Lindsay from what they said and they were very unhelpful and unpleasant. She stated appointments are extremely far out to even talk to a doctor and seemed unwilling to help my husband's situation. I also, unfortunately overheard her conversation on the phone where she said homophobic comments about gay people. She called them "men in dresses" and "unnatural".  I mean come on she is a a manager! This is a medical practice where everyone should be receiving fair medical care. If I was a gay person I would feel even more unwelcomed here as I already do for my husband not getting the care he needs. If employees are saying such comments they need to be reprimanded immediately! Especially managers! The unprofessionalism I have experienced is enough. I don't see how this practice is still running. They apparently are understaffed and unable to provide for patients. Avoid at all costs and take your money elsewhere. ESPECIALLY GAY people and people who need IMMEDIATE MEDICAL CARE. Sad because we heard many good things about Dr. Hong. read more

I was assigned this Dr from VA . From start this pace was very unprofessional .When I called for appt it was like i was calling to order a pizza .I let that slide and awaited my telehealth appt .They were suppose to send me a link .I called 3 times ,the first 2 i was told i would get one ,the last time they hung the phone up .very unprofessional . If you cannot do this correct Im glad I found out before I had a medical procedure done. Will be going elsewhere read more

With a long history of gastrointestinal issues I went to this group to establish healthcare. I saw a female PA. She briefly asked why I had come and also asked if I brought records, which I had not been asked to bring. She offered no additional help or suggestions. Other than to say they don't use antibiotics like they used to when I told her the med I had been given. Her final comment was, "well it sounds like you have it under control" I was told she would obtain my record for review and sent away. The visit was maybe 10 minutes. I will not be returning to this practice. read more

If only I could give -stars...Where do I begin? So I live about 45 minutes from the office, had my appt scheduled and showed up early as requested. When I showed up, I was told by the receptionist that I didn't have an appointment. I showed her the confirmation and then she said, yes, but Dr. Hong decided to stay at the other office today and not come in, so we cancelled your appt. Obviously driving 45 min and hearing this, was not fun, but moreso it was the receptionist's attitude as if I did something wrong that was even more off putting. I asked how this could happen and she said they called me and left a voicemail. I told them they never did and asked what number they called and of course they had the wrong one, despite sending all the confirmations to the right phone number. I was then told I could do a "phone appt." with Dr. Hong a week or so later, so I decided to do that. An hour after my scheduled phone appt was supposed to happen, I called the office. Maybe Dr. Hong decided not to do phone appts that day? Again, the receptionist acted as if I've done something wrong and just said Dr. Hong was busy and would call me when he was free. No idea when, but "probably in the next hour." The phone appt lasted all but 5 min. in which Dr. Hong looked annoyed (still not sure what I've done wrong at this point) the entire time. We scheduled a colonoscopy. The Colonoscopy: Sorry for the graphicness, but I told Dr. Hong during my phone apt that I had my hemroids removed about 10 years ago, but they must of missed one and it's really bad. I asked if he could remove it and he said yes, we'll band it. I told him that they tried that before and it didn't work and what worked was just cutting it out and he said "ok." I felt I should remind him the day of the colonoscopy to remove the hemroid once again and that banding it didn't work previously and his response, was, "well I'm going to band it, it will work." After waking up, I felt the need to go to the bathroom, which they asked me not to, but I couldn't hold it. Within 5 min of waking up, I was on the toilet (I've had 4 colonoscopies previously and never had this happen) and of course the band came off and was in the toilet. During the procedure they took several biopsies. This was over a year ago. To this day, I've never heard from them again My last contact was as I was leaving the surgery center the day of the colonoscopy. Furthermore, I am not on Iron and being scheduled for surgery to remove the hemroid, because I'm losing so much blood that my hemoglobin count is a few steps away from needing a blood transfusion. If Dr. Hong and this group was free, I would not recommending using them. Ever. They are that bad. read more

My wife and myself have never encountered such a great medical team for my health issues. Tara and Dr. Hong have worked hard and long to help us through my condition. I'm so happy and grateful for this facility and the people that work there. They've made me so comfortable while going through a hard time in my life. I made a tele appt with this office. Called in on Monday and the gal said she could get me in for the next day at 2:30. 2:30 came and I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the office to confirm. I gave them my information and was told that I would be receiving a text any minute for the appt. Never got a text so after 30 minutes I called back. They again looked up my information and told me that the provider was running behind but should be calling me soon. After over an hour I called again and was told that she had one more patient before me and it would only be 10 more minutes. 40 minutes later I called again only to have the lady tell me that the appt is actually scheduled tomorrow. I would have loved to have been told that any of the other four times I called before I waited two hours by the phone. read more

Dr. Eng and her medical assistant Maggie have been wonderful! Maggie answers my emails and is friendly and Dr.Eng has been so involved with my sons issues even after we got referred to CHOC. I would love to only see Dr. Eng and Maggie but my son needs more testing but I still ask for Dr. Eng's opinion as I trust her more! read more

o I made an appointment on 02/12/21 with Dr. Seeger (United gastroenterologists - 31469 Rancho Pueblo Rd Ste 101, Temecula, CA 92592) because of some GI issues, after exam she recommended that I will need an upper and lower GI endoscopy. At checkout, I was asked for a $20 pay after they verified the insurance and informed me that they are in my network and my insurance will be covering the remainder of the exam fee o I was scheduled for the procedure on 03/05/21, I was given paperwork to sign for authorization to have the procedure performed, I signed the documents. There was no mention of out-of-pocket cost, and I was never given an estimate on how I should be prepared to pay, and none of their staff went over any financial responsibilities. On that day, after the procedure and while sedated, they go over the results of the scope briefly and not sure if they had me sign any papers or discuss any financial responsibilities! o On 03/19/21, I had another appointment to review the results, and again only $20 copay o Few weeks later, I received a bill for $1825.00 after they filed 3 claims and were paid by my health insurance. I contacted the financial service of united medical doctors and asked why have I not received an estimate of the cost beforehand so I can decide if I want to proceed with utilizing their services or not? The person in the financial service told me that "she is sorry and that she was not there that day!", and the best she could do for me is to put me on a payment plan o What I don't understand is that how would you bill someone with that much money without asking them whether they can afford it or not, and why can't you give your clients estimate to inform them of how much should they be prepared for after the insurance pay its portion o Beware of this group, they will not inform you with any financial responsibility and will send you a hefty bill and ask you to pay it o Will never use this group any more and will file a complaint against them read more

Pretty building but disorganized. Can't reach them on the phone and they don't call back as promised. They don't schedule properly and it's backed up and chaotic. Does not give us confidence in what they're doing as they clearly don't pay attention to so many things we can see. The front office girl had a bad attitude so she sets a nice tone. I don't recommend this place. Avoid. read more
