Dave made us feel welcome and pulled several samples for us to examine and take home to see how they would work. He even had some more samples shipped to our house. The installation was great. Terry, the Installer, came in the morning on the appointed date, helped us move some furniture and got to work. He installed 3 Bedrooms, 5 closets, the Living Room and the hallway by himself in only 2 days. His attention to detail was awesome. You'd be hard pressed to find any of the seams he had to make. All in all, they weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. The main thing is they were honest and fair. Unfortunately, less than six months later, the grout in our new kitchen tile floor started cracking and crumbling in many spots. We followed up with Fairway to see if they could do anything but were ignored and from our previous experience with them, it honestly doesn't seem worth the persistent follow up. Very disappointing to have paid for high quality porcelain tile floor for the durability (we have small kids and a dog), and a year in it is completely falling apart and looks terrible.
