Initial intake and scheduling was very responsive. While…read morethe pricing was comparable or slightly higher than other companies specializing exclusively on removals, cleanup, and decontamination of biohazard or other extreme property conditions, the intake process provided a better sense of trust in this local, family owned company to ensure removal of furnishings/carpeting/linoleum flooring/textiles from a residential property with years of accumulated respirator level dust, etc. Once the project started, it seemed the Company is stretched thin with high demand, and there were other factors related to actual hours worked and staff performance (minor observations from staff not having or using even paper protective masks, to accidents related to loss and breakage of a few client items) I shared these concerns directly with the Company. I also indicated my understanding how this was really hard work in really hot weather conditions : not easy for anyone. The Ownership/Management was apologetic but did not reduce the charges on my additional invoice, and suggested I call them so they could return to correct any issues I identified and they acknowledged as their own. I let them know I was not available to schedule and ended up using a different level of cleaning company to get the house deep cleaned again (non biohazard) to prepare to paint, etc. Despite some of those type of disappointing incidents I encountered, I would recommend and probably use again, especially for rapid response needs

Scott Vogel provided excellent service for our biohazard cleanup in California. He coordinated…read morethe cleanup with a local company and made himself available 24x7 for assistance, questions and guidance through the entire process. you can't go wrong using his company. thanks again Scott.

This review gets 1 star, only because its requires to write the review!! My husband contacted this…read moreplace a few weeks ago to clean out our garage as well as some debris from a deconstructed deck. We sent in pictures and video to the owner Jorge, We were quoted a price of $395. They guys came this morning to load the stuff and lo and behold, the owner calls and says the price is now almost $1,300!!! He states that the prices have gone up 30% (mind you this is more than a 200% markup on the original price!) and that the amount of stuff we have is more than he though originally. This is the problem I have with this: 1) We sent in pictures and video of the load that needed to be taken away, and were quoted a price based off of that. The owner claimed that he did not have any pictures/videos from us and that all communication from clients auto-deletes after 30 days. We proved to him that our original texts to him were from July 8th (today is July 27th) so if that were true, he should still have the texts!! However, he still could not produce the texts. But we could!! 2) If you did not have any texts/ videos from us, how were you able to give us a quote in the first place? What was it based off of? I would have to then assume that you gave us any price, knowing that you would send your guys out then once they start loading, call us and give us a totally different outrageous price, hoping that we would be desperate and pay it anyway. Which is exactly what happened, only we did not fall for it!! 3) I too, am a business owner, and understand the nuances of operating a business. Under no circumstance, is it ever ok, to mislead a client and put them in a position where you quote them 1 price and then price gauge, and quote them a totally different inflated price without any fore-warning. This is all around bad business acumen, shows you to be less than a trusted business owner, and leads to situations just like this- where potential loyal clients will gladly take their business elsewhere and make sure others are aware of your "business" ethics and practices so that they can make better choices as well. By the way, I would have paid $2K for the services, if that is what it was worth and if that is what was agreed upon initially. So yes, it was about the unreasonable jump in price, but it was much more about the way the owner tried to get the upcharge, with no transparency or communication to the client and in such a sleezy way. Bad business all around!!!!
