I purchased a new cell as my old one's battery got damaged. I was very concerned that I lost some very important photos. I was going take my old cell to a specialist (and pay), turns out I got the specialist Sim. He retrieved successfully ALL my photos & videos. The relief. And instead of visiting the mall to get a cover and screen protector applied , Sim took care of that too. And he did a professional job. Pricing was in-line, & we received a very nice gift $$. I wouldn't normally do any review for service companies with the problems I have had in the past, BUT, I felt compelled to write and tell people about the excellent experience I just had with Tech'd Out. Both of my computers were having serious problems; one where I actually watched as someone hacked my password. Then Dave found a Trogan file embedded that I never knew about. He sped up my computer which BELL took credit for at a huge cost, saving me a lot of money monthly canceling the additional BELL fees, and he added some programs I needed for writing my novel easier (which also saved me thousands in editing costs). Dave went above and beyond my expectations! I was amazed at his performance, abilities, and the little amount of time it took him to fix everything.
