Technician arrived at 9:00pm, and computer was back working again by 10:00pm. While repair time varies depending if it's a software or hardware issue, the fact that my desktop is up and running again made me one happy camper. Even with the prices that you find on amazon they try hard to compete. I Send most of my clients here. Their on of the few stores in the area setup to repair electronics. They repair Mac motherboards and even carrier class radio equipment. If you haven't already been there give them a chance and shop local.

I brought my desktop in for a simple power supply change. I brought in my own power supply. A week…read morelater and they had performed all these changes to my desktop, installed all these antivirus programs and removed malware. Although when doing so they greatly compromised the functions on my computer. Most of my simple programs would not open like calculator. Also all the files had to be relocated to open in each individual program. Something simple they could have done themselves. After a week they still did not change out the power supply until I picked it up. I ran my desktop like I normally would, with a lot of programs (I use it for work)and the BRAND NEW power supply crashed. My desktop will no longer turn on. $250 later and a complete waste of money. I wish they would not have performed all this unnecessary stuff to my desktop. I should have just changed the power supply myself. Definitely do not recommend for repairs !
