The technician promptly use troubleshooter to see what could possibly be wrong and after doing some investigative work, not only determined the problem, he fixed it. The cost for the service was most reasonable. I brought my laptop home and it is working famously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my friends go to Banana Service with their computer issues.
