If I had not initiated calls to both service department and the warranty company I would have heard nothing. I keep getting the same message that they are waiting to hear from Whirlpool. I called back to inquire, no response, called again, no response. Called again, received some promises of delivery, no delivery. Called again, got a promise, no delivery. Left an escalation message for the general manager - no response. Covid for sure can impact availability from the manufacturers - I get that. There's absolutely no excuse for ignoring your customer. Do that and they become your former customer.
