Anytime that I had a problem with these machines within the warranty period, the store would only refer me to the manufacturer. Bennett's never attempted to correct a single problem. The manufacturer of my fridge told me that the fridge needed replacing and that it had been discontinued. I bought it new from Bennett's the day before! I had to pay the manufacturer $300 to make up the difference between the discontinued model and the new one. This "service" was repeated by Bennett's when my washer broke down, also in under a year of purchase. Bennett's sells you an item and then washes their hands of you. I will never buy from them again, even though they are local and I really wanted to support local merchants.
