I purchased a new cell as my old one's battery got damaged. I was very concerned that I lost some very important photos. I was going take my old cell to a specialist (and pay), turns out I got the specialist Sim. He retrieved successfully ALL my photos & videos. The relief. And instead of visiting the mall to get a cover and screen protector applied , Sim took care of that too. And he did a professional job. Pricing was in-line, & we received a very nice gift $$. And Sim made sure we got the best plan that suited our needs. My friend also needs a new cell and they are going go see Sim!!! Great store, great staff!

Even with the prices that you find on amazon they try hard to compete. I Send most of my clients here. Their on of the few stores in the area setup to repair electronics. They repair Mac motherboards and even carrier class radio equipment. If you haven't already been there give them a chance and shop local.

I brought my desktop in for a simple power supply change. I brought in my own power supply. A week…read morelater and they had performed all these changes to my desktop, installed all these antivirus programs and removed malware. Although when doing so they greatly compromised the functions on my computer. Most of my simple programs would not open like calculator. Also all the files had to be relocated to open in each individual program. Something simple they could have done themselves. After a week they still did not change out the power supply until I picked it up. I ran my desktop like I normally would, with a lot of programs (I use it for work)and the BRAND NEW power supply crashed. My desktop will no longer turn on. $250 later and a complete waste of money. I wish they would not have performed all this unnecessary stuff to my desktop. I should have just changed the power supply myself. Definitely do not recommend for repairs !

I just happened to find Dave (Tech'd Out) in the local Cobourg paper in Sept. and called. He…read moreactually came to my house the next day which was a huge plus, especially during COVID. I wouldn't normally do any review for service companies with the problems I have had in the past, BUT, I felt compelled to write and tell people about the excellent experience I just had with Tech'd Out. Both of my computers were having serious problems; one where I actually watched as someone hacked my password. Then Dave found a Trogan file embedded that I never knew about. He sped up my computer which BELL took credit for at a huge cost, saving me a lot of money monthly canceling the additional BELL fees, and he added some programs I needed for writing my novel easier (which also saved me thousands in editing costs). Dave went above and beyond my expectations! I was amazed at his performance, abilities, and the little amount of time it took him to fix everything. He was personable, respectful, COVID-cautious, professional, and without a doubt the best company I have ever had for my computers within the past 25 years. Thank you Dave sincerely for being there for me when I needed you, and no one else could have cared less. Donna Woods Cobourg, Ontario
