I brought my desktop in for a simple power supply change. I brought in my own power supply. Although when doing so they greatly compromised the functions on my computer. Most of my simple programs would not open like calculator. Also all the files had to be relocated to open in each individual program. Something simple they could have done themselves. After a week they still did not change out the power supply until I picked it up. I ran my desktop like I normally would, with a lot of programs (I use it for work)and the BRAND NEW power supply crashed. My desktop will no longer turn on. $250 later and a complete waste of money. I wish they would not have performed all this unnecessary stuff to my desktop. I should have just changed the power supply myself. Definitely do not recommend for repairs !

I wouldn't normally do any review for service companies with the problems I have had in the past, BUT, I felt compelled to write and tell people about the excellent experience I just had with Tech'd Out. Both of my computers were having serious problems; one where I actually watched as someone hacked my password. Then Dave found a Trogan file embedded that I never knew about. He sped up my computer which BELL took credit for at a huge cost, saving me a lot of money monthly canceling the additional BELL fees, and he added some programs I needed for writing my novel easier (which also saved me thousands in editing costs). Dave went above and beyond my expectations! I was amazed at his performance, abilities, and the little amount of time it took him to fix everything.
