If you are in the market for a home in beautiful Blue Ridge, GA or the surrounding area, I would…read morehighly recommend Coldwell Banker High Country Realty. I purchased my new home through them after recently selling a home. My realtor was Teresa Bidez. If you have the good fortune to have her as your realtor you will not regret it. I absolutely cannot sing her praises enough!! She was so helpful, answered all of my questions, went above and beyond my expectations. She was on top of every aspect of my home buying experience. From finding me my perfect new home to helping get my closing done on time. If I emailed/texted/called with a question, I never had to wait long for an answer. Like I said, I can't stop singing her praises! I used a different local realty company for the sale of my other home. I wish I had contacted Coldwell Banker High Country first. I would have had a better experience. The other realtor would take up to 3-5 days before she ever acknowledged any question I had on my pending sale. I was constantly left hanging. I never had to wait for a response from Teresa or the friendly people in the office. Go see them!

We recently moved up to Andrews NC and needed Internet Service. I tried three different companies:…read moreFrontier, The Cable Company, and SkyTek. Frontier was one of the most frustrating efforts in my 64 years. I tried to get service, never received service, and paid for the work and now they have billed me for a month's service. I've called eight times and now understand why they have a class action suit pending. Because of my location, I wasn't sure The Cable Company provided service. I called them, they were very nice and said that they thought that it could work for me. They checked it out and I never heard back from them. Doesn't inspire confidence. Finally, SkyTek. They said that they thought that they could provide service. Came out and verified it could happen (within 3 days). They let me know it was doable and asked when I'd like it hooked up. Two days later it was done with no muss and no fuss. The two guys came out, knew what they were doing and got it done. They asked where I wanted it installed and then did it. They double checked things and found an installation error (one was a new employee) and fixed it. Before leaving. If you're reasonable, they seem to be as well.

I hit Frank with about 8 houses I was interested in and we set out one afternoon. Ugh! I hated them all, but Frank asked the right questions and listened to my comments as we visited each home. By the end of the day, he knew what I wanted and took me to a home that was on the verge of coming on the market and it was exactly what I was looking for! It was perfect for me. We negotiated a fair price and he helped to negotiate plumbing repairs the home inspection uncovered. We closed in about 4 weeks. Frank knows the area, has great contacts, and the process could not have been easier! I had a cabin to sell and it sold in 4 days! Frank knows the market and he priced this cabin to sell. I got my asking price and the sale closed within 2 weeks. Unbelievable! Get to know Big Frank! You'll be glad you did!
