I handed two guns in original cases to the man sitting he opened the boxes and both men immediately started talking down about my brand new never fired perfect condition guns. proceeded to educate me on how they are not worth much because they are not desirable then the man standing started also saying the same thing on and on four men just bashing the guns, one said they have 10-12 in the back they cant sell. I said ok so you dont want them thats all you had to say but they kept talking about how much better the new guns out today are! I just grabbed my stuff off the table and walked out. Rude Rude Rude went down the street and sold both for a fair price and had no negative reaction only professionalism.

Finding someone to answer questions or provide assistance was difficult, and there never seemed to be enough employees on the floor to adequately serve customers. The store itself has a good selection, but the lack of customer support made the shopping experience frustrating. Improving staffing levels and placing a greater emphasis on customer service would go a long way toward creating a better experience for customers.

However, once inside, we were greeted by a dog before seeing any staff. Unsure of where to go, I called out for assistance. My husband has a very real fear of dogs due to a traumatic childhood experience in which he witnessed another child lose their life from a dog attack. Although the dog in the store appeared very friendly, my husband remained by the door, visibly uncomfortable, hoping the owner would call the dog back. Instead of recognizing my husband's fear, the owner became extremely hostile. He aggressively told my husband to "get the F out" and "F him," insisting the dog was a service animal. When I tried to explain and apologize, I was also cursed at and told to "get the F out" simply for trying to deescalate the situation. I was so shaken that I nearly had an anxiety attack. This is a business open to the public, and the owner should be more mindful that not everyone is comfortable around dogs. There are respectful ways to handle situations like this. A responsible business owner should be able to recognize and respond appropriately to a customer's fear, especially when it involves an animal. This experience was incredibly upsetting and, in my opinion, handled with zero professionalism or compassion. That's just my experience and perspective but I strongly advise others to approach with caution. If the owner feels offended, he may respond with unprofessional aggression.

When I looked them up, they weren't to far from me and so decided to come by the shop and check it out. My first experience was great, and Spike helped answer all the questions I had. Although I didn't buy anything the first time, I did on my second time I came in... and again, Spike was very helpful, explained all the differences, and upgrades. Offered great advice on what to get. He did not lead with the expensive guns, but instead explained pros and cons on each. Based on our conversation, picked out what I wanted, and will now be picking it up in 10 days. So if you're looking for a great shop, great prices and no pressure, this is the place for you.

All three have…read moreexceeded my expectation of the accuracy that I wanted, after a bit of load development all 3 shoot less than 1/2" 5 shot groups at 150 yards. Have shot from 100 yard out to 750 yards with exceptional results. I just wish I would have discovered the benefit of custom built hunting rifles sooner I wouldn't have 14 Weatherby rifles in my gun safe now. In hunting the western States as I do a 400+ yard shot became the norm, and bullet placement became extremely critical and these rifles will put the bullet right where I want it. Killed an Elk in Utah this season 529 yards with 7PRC one shot no tracking. Sean builds excellent equipment.

They have all the parts you…read morecould be looking for with a large selections.But I have noticed a steep decline in their customer service, it's extremely frustrating as I'm interested in keeping my spending local but the staff is making it difficult. There's a lack of urgency, staff will blatantly ignore you (even when it's first come first serve) , the staff act like they are burdened by any questions or inquiries, and they never answer the darn phone. One of the guys who used to help us often Austin was/is always so helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond. I really don't want to take my business elsewhere but the decline is pushing that direction.
