However, once inside, we were greeted by a dog before seeing any staff. Unsure of where to go, I called out for assistance. My husband has a very real fear of dogs due to a traumatic childhood experience in which he witnessed another child lose their life from a dog attack. Although the dog in the store appeared very friendly, my husband remained by the door, visibly uncomfortable, hoping the owner would call the dog back. Instead of recognizing my husband's fear, the owner became extremely hostile. He aggressively told my husband to "get the F out" and "F him," insisting the dog was a service animal. When I tried to explain and apologize, I was also cursed at and told to "get the F out" simply for trying to deescalate the situation. I was so shaken that I nearly had an anxiety attack. This is a business open to the public, and the owner should be more mindful that not everyone is comfortable around dogs. There are respectful ways to handle situations like this. A responsible business owner should be able to recognize and respond appropriately to a customer's fear, especially when it involves an animal. This experience was incredibly upsetting and, in my opinion, handled with zero professionalism or compassion. That's just my experience and perspective but I strongly advise others to approach with caution. If the owner feels offended, he may respond with unprofessional aggression.

Have shot from 100 yard out to 750 yards with exceptional results. I just wish I would have discovered the benefit of custom built hunting rifles sooner I wouldn't have 14 Weatherby rifles in my gun safe now. In hunting the western States as I do a 400+ yard shot became the norm, and bullet placement became extremely critical and these rifles will put the bullet right where I want it. Killed an Elk in Utah this season 529 yards with 7PRC one shot no tracking. Sean builds excellent equipment.

I walked in and immediately went to the firearm purchase lane. During the 5-10 minutes I sat there, nobody stopped me. It wasn't until I asked another associate who was in the ammo section if he could help me with ammo. He looked at me puzzled and said, "No." Of course I thought to myself, "Okay, maybe I should leave," but then he told me to go into the ammo line. Once I was in the ammo line, I didn't wait long before I was signaled over by another associate. This associate's name was Hudson. Long story short, we started chatting, developed a good rapport, and he ended up saving me a ton of money on range ammunition. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a positive one, and like I said, I ended up going easy on my wallet, which was great.
