The movers also arrived unprepared and asked to borrow my personal tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture. During the move, my wood table was damaged and now has a significant crack. After the move, I contacted the company to try to resolve the issue. Communication took weeks, and after multiple follow-ups, my request for a refund was denied. The owner seemed more interested in arguing with me than addressing the incomplete move and damaged property. I expected a completed move, professional preparation, and reasonable customer service. The communication prior to the move from Joe was proactive and clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Jose and his team arrived on time and I loved the text message telling me when they were en route. They packed up my apartment so quickly and they were also careful, making sure to pack everything well. Even with stairs, they unpacked at my new location very fast and even made sure we were happy with where everything was placed. Jose was easy to talk to and very professional about making sure we had a good experience. The team also worked quickly and finished the job in under the 6 hours quoted. So appreciative of Jose and his team and the whole experience with Vector. Hopefully our next move is many years away but we would definitely go with Vector again!
