The airplanes are comfy and good on flight entertainment and good snacks but the boarding process is not as smooth as it could be

As a United Million Mile member, I've been to a large number of airports, large and small, and experienced a number of irregular operations scenarios, such as storms, diversions, and computer issues, and I must say that the team at Amarillo deserves a medal. I've never seen a team handle three simultaneous issues of a canceled flight, a flight delayed due to a mechanical issue, and all the computer systems being down, with such efficiency, dignity, and grace. I look forward to coming through Amarillo in the future, hopefully with less issues. read more

Don't fly in or out of Amarillo using UNITED. United counter rarely has anyone at the counter. If you are lucky they will show up if a flight is about to leave. read more

This phone number keeps calling me harassing me. I don't think it's the real United Airlines. I had to reschedule United Airline reservation back in August and spoke to someone who I thought was with actual United. My credit card information ended up getting stolen and they tried to charge a bunch of "flights" that weren't even real. Somehow they did make the correct reservation. I ended up having to argue for like an hour with the real United about why my charges on my card weren't adding up and they said I got charge for a change fee, which the fake man on the phone was said it would be waived because of the hurricane. In short the whole thing was a mess and I do NOT recommend ANYONE call this number. They say they are from the "reservation department" but never mention United Airlines. It's complete bullshit how they are scamming people and they need to be shit down! They literally called my like 11 times today. read more

Easy flight; friendly service. Small plane from Denver - they said that carry-on bag would fit overhead if not over-stuffed, but didn't fit very well. Next time I'd just drop my bag at the gate. read more

All the united people I have encountered have been wonderful. The customers have been the terrible ones. Henery Rollins did a Q&A about the stupidity of lines and how other travelers are constantly attacking us with these moments of stupidity he refers to as "tiny knives". They don't kill us, instead each tiny poke of self centered stupidity simply steals a minute of life from us all. Over and over they do this until before you know it the customers have drained you of all goodness and understanding. Reducing us to monsters who want to enact revenge on some poor stressed out underpaid person just like us. read more
