The female sales person was very helpful in helping me locate my cpap supplies, inquiring about other needs without being pushy, and also suggesting easier ways thy offered to restock supplies. The bad thing is that even though I referenced my use of insurance, they did not take many and UMR was not one of them. But, the really bad part that the sales person did not tell me about until after my sale was rung up is that I had to sign a statement saying that I would not submit any of my purchases to my insurance company! Not happy about this at all. The sales person did offer to refund my purchase but I declined her offer because I really needed the supplies yesterday. What's that even about?! I will contact UMR to discuss this and likely find a different supplier to use. While I really liked the lady helping me, I feel like this was a bait and switch move likely expected by management. I felt duped. If there's anything that will cause me to leave a business and take time to write a negative review, it's a lack of transparency and deceptive practices. This makes me wonder if other Can Home Medical stores ( or just the one in Parker, Colorado) make this a habit . . . .

His shop is located right next to St. Anthony Hospital (like 5 minutes!). He's got everything from the most basic wheelchair to fancy electric scooters, reachers, bathroom shower chairs/benches, slideboards, etc. Now besides how practical and affordable the equipment is... Chip, the owner, is super patient, kind, lets you explore your options with as much time and space you need, welcoming, answers any and every question you've got, and just loves to be a resource. Seriously, call and ask him all the equipment questions you want, even how to tinker and fix up your own stuff! Found him back in March 2021, (picked up a 16inch manual wheelchair, transfer tub bench, reacher, slideboard), returned some equipment today cuz my family is all healed up, and he's still the same! Will def return if I ever have equipment needs again!

Chip is, BY FAR, the nicest, most helpful, knowledgeable person you will EVER find to help you with your medical supply needs. He goes WAY above and beyond to help figure out what might be the best fit for you. He isn't pushy in any way and he cares about his clients and their needs. He has spent endless hours helping me figure out what I need in terms of a scooter and has had the best advice. He isn't just trying to make a sale - he really wants to do what is best for you. He has listened to my crazy (my word - not his) needs and found something that will work for me. I used to hike and snowshoe until I was injured during a surgery.
