The female sales person was very helpful in helping me locate my cpap supplies, inquiring about other needs without being pushy, and also suggesting easier ways thy offered to restock supplies. The bad thing is that even though I referenced my use of insurance, they did not take many and UMR was not one of them. But, the really bad part that the sales person did not tell me about until after my sale was rung up is that I had to sign a statement saying that I would not submit any of my purchases to my insurance company! Not happy about this at all. The sales person did offer to refund my purchase but I declined her offer because I really needed the supplies yesterday. What's that even about?! I will contact UMR to discuss this and likely find a different supplier to use. While I really liked the lady helping me, I feel like this was a bait and switch move likely expected by management. I felt duped. If there's anything that will cause me to leave a business and take time to write a negative review, it's a lack of transparency and deceptive practices. This makes me wonder if other Can Home Medical stores ( or just the one in Parker, Colorado) make this a habit . . . .

There were a few very difficult instances that we experienced such as in early January, we were there to get the lift installed and they told us that they had to get another lift to adequately fit on our specific car because the one they ordered was incorrect. This place is not close to us so it's a trek, I was upset because he should've had the correct one or at least called us before we came to just send us back home. So we called to reschedule and we were told they would need us to come in leave the car for probably a week and he would do a little each day. This kind of punishing treatment is horrible by any company, especially towards a disabled veteran! I don't recommend this place to anyone!
