I verified this business was in network with my insurance and went to purchase equipment. I was…read moretold by a woman that they needed my ID and insurance to verify that my insurance would cover it and I wouldn't get a surprise bill. She said someone would call me the next day. No one ever called me so I called back the following week. I was told they were still working on it. Kyler finally called me and said I was fully covered and could come pick up my equipment so I did. Today I get a call that I owe money because it is not actually covered. I am disabled and do not have that money. Kyler refused to admit that they made a mistake, blamed me, and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay immediately. He also tried to tell me he doesn't have a supervisor I could talk to. Do not trust these people.

I called another, much closer, medical supply place regarding CPAP repair, which they cannot do for…read moremachines they didn't sell. They said the part needed was at another location of theirs, apparently this place, and would temporarily hold it. I told them I would look into other options, which I was told was fine, and bought it for a quarter of the price including shipping it to me. I was never told that I would be screwed over and charged as a final sale not only for an excessively priced item but also additional for holding it. You Can Medical is far from me and called me at the worst possible time to shake me down for more money.

Ok...first bathrooms are expensive!…read more I had bids between 18,000 and 30,000.... Normally you can find someone lower then the highest. But, I found the low bids are almost like the fit tub commercials....they have a general look and it's kinda one style for all. So, money....you will have to pay to get a great bathroom....and folks if your going to do a project like this...it's because you want to enjoy your house. If your moving or selling your not enjoying the remodel your about to do...sell as is.....it's not worth just to put in a new bathroom and sell the next day. I encourage all, if you like your home and you have things you want changed....DO IT! Do not sit in your home 15 years and fix it up to sell.....fix it up to enjoy it now! Truly selling in Colorado, unless your moving down south....selling in Colorado is silly....unless your truly downsizing! If you enjoy your home except certain things....get it upgraded and enjoy your home...then when you go to sell, if you ever do you will not feel like a fool having to put out 50,000 just to sell.....so enjoy your home, slowly improve your home and enjoy it......then when you sell....you will feel good about it. These folks worked with us....did the job assignment....completed without me having to get involved.....that's how you want a job to go.

Brian, which is the head of maintenance/shop helped us anyway! The customer service is the very best! Every time I have been here they are very friendly and they get things done! The VA recommended this place to install a lift for a scooter wheelchair for a veteran of this…read moreUnited States who lost his ability to walk serving this country. There were a few very difficult instances that we experienced such as in early January, we were there to get the lift installed and they told us that they had to get another lift to adequately fit on our specific car because the one they ordered was incorrect. This place is not close to us so it's a trek, I was upset because he should've had the correct one or at least called us before we came to just send us back home. He told us he would call us to reschedule, which he did but we had to cancel because we were sick. The last time we had scheduled this to be done we cancelled because of the weather. So we called to reschedule and we were told they would need us to come in leave the car for probably a week and he would do a little each day. This kind of punishing treatment is horrible by any company, especially towards a disabled veteran! I don't recommend this place to anyone!
