I've been o this place three times. I called to make an appointment the first time and wanted to get my stomach sugared. She said she got it and I was in. Got there for the appointment and they kept saying I was getting a Brazilian. Several times i had to explain to them that I wasn't getting one and that I had made an ap for something else. I dont think they actually put it in. Lady that did it was not super friendly fly but not rude either. Just there to do her job and that's it. Got home and a whole strip of my stomach was still there. Im aware you can't always get the hairs but this was obviously a neglected spot. I decided to give them another try with a Brazilian sugar wax. First lady was pretty good. Missed some but not bad. Scheduled for another appointment with her specifically and get there the next time and was told she was at another location. You can never seem to get the people you schedule with. This lady wasn't as good. Missed a lot of hairs for my Brazilian. Biggest problem is how much hair they keep missing and lack of communication as well as you can't get the same lady twice even when you schedule specifically with them. If you want completely clean I would go somewhere else. super pushy about up selling you as well. read more

Bad customer service! The manager is never there when there is an issue. I have never had to pay to have the few hairs waxed off my thighs with my Brazilian wax. Today a different girl did my wax who I have never seen at the Cobb location before. I asked her to wax the hairs on my thigh. It had to be like 4-5 little hairs between both thighs right by my bikini line. The girl said she would take care of it but then told me it is an extra charge. I told her that I have never been charged for that and the girls always take care of it for me with no charge. She was like well we need to look up who's been doing your waxes because they are supposed to charge you. I just told her fine and let her do it since I'm wide open and wasn't about to argue. When she was done she told me it was $10 extra. I'm like WHAT if you had told me that before I would have said NO. I was thinking it was an extra $5 like getting your happy trail waxed. I have been a customer for 3 years but after today I will not being going back! read more

Love this place! I was researching salons because my favorite place was closed on the day i had to have my brows done. I don't think I'll ever go back to my old place. Upon arrival, I was greeted and all the staff was extremely kind and helpful, ready to answer questions with a smile. Maria did my Brazilian ehich left me feeling without any irritation. Inwas rewlly nervous coming to a new salon because I don't like just anyone doing my brows but Maria did a fantastic job. She kept my brows full and helped correct the shape that has been messed up by bad eyebrow jobs in the past. I am seriously thrilled that I found this place!! I LOVED this place! Very clean and sanitary. Went in there today for my first sugaring/waxing and it was a wonderful experience. Was not as uncomfortable or painful as I thought. I am definitely going back and referring a lot of friends as well. If you plug the address in your GPS it might be a bit tricky to find bc it tells you to drive past it but if you see the Kroger parking lot TURN IN. Anyway I also go my eyebrows threaded AMAZING! Yesterday 06/01/2019 was my first time in 8 years to receive a FULL BODY WAX... My 1st experience was Horrible but it was not with this company. I was very nervous & anxious all at the same time. TIA is the wonderful lady that helped me. She was very patient, kind, and gentle to the touch. She could tell I was nervous so she did a good job of talking to me to keep me distracted. Sheela has been waxing me at my new location for several months now! She is amazing! Very patient with my need to have not a single hair left on my body and does make it happen! I should have not. Recommendation. Use fresh aloe or rose water. That gel is not nautral and has hint of alcohol in it. So here's the kicker......after I leave and I'm n in sunlight is when I can clearly see my left brow was butchered and does not even look like the right brow! So now I have to walk around 3 weeks looking like a fool! I regret I paid cash and even tipped at this point. I wouldn't recommend unless the owner is willing to do the service herself or if you just don't mind taking a chance losing a few $6+ $2 tip & your natural brow shape!

There was another place I booked and I called and the individual I spoke to was not friendly so on the ride there I called Brazilian wax by andreia and spoke with someone so friendly and asked if they take walk ins and she said they indeed do. I canceled the other place and changed my uber route to there. I literally had my luggage with me so I was a little embarrassed but I needed this done immediately lol. I came in and it was the cutest decor upon entrance and everyone was friendly. I was greeted by Rose and she was nice. She looked and said " I'll do your stomach", um they don't do that in St. Louis at all. She also knew I shaved and mentioned the reason and what happens when you shave. I told her it was a life or death reason I shaved( out the country and no where to get waxed ). Rose was nice and sweet and fast. I was in and out and I appreciated that most out of everything. I felt comfortable. If I'm ever in Georgia I will return.

Jay and Mary were great…read more Recently, there's been changes, and the shop is now called Rio Nail Center with new employees, and the quality has gone down. Still nice but language barrier made it difficult my latest visit. I came in because my last SNS set broke off on one nail so this time I asked for an extra coat because it seems the layering is easily breakable. Didn't help. After 2 days I have a cracked nail and they don't do refunds or cover the cost to fix the ONE nail I'm requesting to be fixed. Didn't plan on returning after this last nail experience anyways because it took 2 hours for SNS removal and new set on my natural nail. There was a moment where language barrier made it difficult to communicate that my nails were not straight and needed more filing. I don't know if it's because acrylic was easier for them or the new employees have different skill sets, but I'm upset that I now have to find somewhere else and pay for a full SNS removal and set so soon after getting my nails done. Katherine is sweet but is who did this last set. I also recommended the place for my friend to get a mani/pedi. Pedi was good but mani chipped after two days because Laura only did 1 layer of gel. All nice enough people, but it's a waste of money if they won't fix problems. Be cautious going here. Looks great with the new changes but the actual nail quality is the worst I've ever had. Telling all my friends to avoid especially since my out of town friend didn't have a good experience either with the nail quality. Update: For me to have gotten my nails done 4:30-6:30 PM Thursday July 11th (SNS removal and SNS) then noticing on morning of Saturday July 13th a cracked and chipped nail then Sunday July 14th a 2nd cracked nail noticeably breaking due to gently washing dishes, these nails are not quality! I've been rougher on my hands when I was a teacher and SNS never chipped like this. And the website is inaccurate because they should've been open 12-5 PM today so I wasted more money trying to go up there and discuss this issue in person in case my phone call was unclear. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NAILS. Pedicures might be fine but nails are POORLY DONE. I want my money back but since that's not possible, I'll just keep telling everyone about avoiding this place.

The location is convenient and the inside is clean and decorated nice. I was disappointed at the variety of polishes. The were no bright orange, bright pink, or any other bright colors. They also have extremely limited choices of glitter polish (literally only a couple choices - - both were silver/white speckles). Their price board shows nail fix $4, but the guy charged me $5. And, luckily I had cash on me, because they charge a surcharge if you pay with a credit card (many nail shops do this, so I wasn't surprised, no big deal).

Denise is a professional, so she shared, before my treatment began, that she would be praying and discussing Jesus with me during the appointment. Denise has much experience with bleaching and waxing so she also told me which products she was using and how they worked on my skin, but we mostly discussed God. While the products were working, Denise shared information about her ministry, her past, and offered me trauma-healing services. She shared incredible stories of helping non-christian clients find Jesus Christ and accept him into their hearts during their waxing or bleaching services. She even offered to help me heal from abuse trauma with scripture, if I had any. I believe Denise to be the only intimate area bleaching service provider to also engage you in the word of Jesus Christ and share testimonials from other non-christian clients that she saved during their appointments! With regard to my bleaching results, I am aware that they take time and persistence to develop. I am still in the process of reaching the results I want.

She's also incredibly kind and loving. I went in there last minute with my eyebrows a mess and she somehow gave them shape while also having a great conversation. Such an uplifting spirit. Also eyebrows were only $10(a steal for her level of attention to detail) and I used the Yelp checkin order! She's super clean too and was washing her hands before we started which I appreciate witnessing. Call and make a reservation. You won't regret it.
