It was a very good experience. My threader was Sheena and she was lovely. She listened to how I wanted my eyebrows and gave me full and shapely brows. I usually come here for facials and to get my eyebrows done. Any other time, I would give this place 5 stars. I am giving 4 stars because this is an isolated incident. Today, I would give 3 stars but I won't because I like them as a whole... This time is different... I came in for a facial. Navi was the one who did it this time. Usually, when I get the facial, during the time the mask is on the face, they usually give a arm/hand massage. She just let it sit on and mix around in the background doing other things, which made me not feel relaxed. After she finished the facial, she told me to Yelp a review if I like it and I would get a discount. Cool... I yelp ALL the time. But then it got weird... I had to yelp the review WHILE she stood there and watched me... and she wanted to read what I said BEFORE I got the discount. I have never had that experience before. I only wrote a few words, but I knew I would come back and finish later. That was very uncomfortable, and yes the facial was ok, but not great like it usually is. I love coming to this place, but they should not force you to give a good review and do it in their presence... The products they use for facials are great for my skin. They thread eyebrows ok, but make sure you be specific on what you want. I have had a few times they were done too thin and I had to wait a long time to get them done again. read more

If I could give the rating a zero I would. It was my first time here, and it was a nightmare. I explained to the esthetician that I wanted to keep my eyebrows full and just needed it to be cleaned up without changing the shape. She showed me my eyebrows when she was done and I was in disbelief. Not only had she removed almost all of my right eyebrow, she didn't even make the left brow the same size. The ladies at Unique are always friendly and get me in quickly, even without an appointment-- which I love as I never know what my schedule is going to look like and when traffic will let me make it in. I've always had different people doing my services (as that's what you get when you don't make appointments so that's totally my fault,) and my only real complaint is that the threading can sometimes be a little inconsistent. I have very thick brows and actually like them that way, so I try to be clear that I just want them threaded to clean up the strays... Usually it's pretty good, but some days they're just way too thin. Nothing life ending, just not my preference. Sigh. Additionally, I was a bit put off with their punch/loyalty card system... If you have to have so many waxes done in a year, you get one free. I was just one away from a free one, but also a month or two over the year mark. I tried to explain that I don't live in town and only visit when I'm in Atlanta for work, etc, etc... No luck. But oh well. $35 remains a pretty good price. C'est la vie. Been going here for at least 2 years and the service has been consistently great. Today I was disappointed in the results of my eye brow treading. I said I don't like them thin please just clean up and tint. Well guess what they thin as heck and I gotta live with it until they grow back out. The worst thing is when a person thread your eyebrows wrong. So disappointed today. I will not allow that particular person to thread my brows again. I guess she for what I said since she walked away twice to help at the front. Overall I have never been disappointed with my services here. read more

I give this place a 3 only because the service of the woman who waxed me during the session but after everything went down hill. To start I told one of the other women working there that I had a 20% off coupon texted to me she looked at my phone and said " oh ok that's fine" I went for my wax Im satisfied with my results but they confused me when it was time to pay for the service the woman who waxed me was having a full conversation and took a while to check me out and when it was time to pay I was asking about the discount and she said it wasn't for this location I go to many of there locations and have never had a problem about the coupons the lady tried to tell me that full body wax was a special when in fact it isn't and is just standard pricing and she was literally talking about me in my face like as if I was broke I wouldn't have gotten waxed here if there wasn't a special F***k those B****s they should of said the special wasn't for that location in the beginning horrible women read more

Horrible customer service! Went there today. Left the place feeling very bitter and unhappy. The receptionist is an ill mannered lady who doesn't know how to behave with her clients and co-workers alike! she was very rude and condescending Would not recommend to anyone. I wasn't treated with dignity so you probably need to reassess the situation at the salon. I'm sorry but it wasn't about the money. I left the girl who waxed me an extra tip because I wanted to establish it really wasn't about money, but the attitude of the people working there. I would have happily paid if they had asked me nicely. If you read my review I was insulted by your receptionist and that's where the problem lies. They were ok I had an eyebrow threading. The woman for the threading spent her whole time chatting with her colleague the entire time . And a Brazilian was just ok. The issue I have is I can to this salon because I found them on through yelp. yelp offered a coupon for 20% off when you check in (which is why I chose this salon as opposed to the other same rated salons since I'm new to the area). I checked in on arrival so the and they are the coupon one. They would not honor the coupon! Not only would they not honor it at check out. They first tried to say that it was a different location which it was not. I showed them the coupon, I showed the listing on yelp and I show them everything and they still insisted that I pay full price for services even though I told them when I came in that I came in because I found them on yelp and I had to deal. It's just bad business practice. If they don't wanna to honor the coupon that should take that off of their yelp listing. And it's so surprising that the customer service is so terrible because now I will not be back. read more

Had an amazing lady. She did a very thorough job and was super friendly. I was a walk in today for full body and they took me quickly and were all very polite. Very nice experience. $65 for a full body is about as low as you'll find it ( I know I've looked lol) and for that quality unbeatable.
