I believe they changed their name to mgramcases (same address different name). The phone number listed is disconnected. I placed an order with mgramcases and I got my order - took 3 weeks. I order a glass screen protector which came to be broken and shattered, I emailed them asking for a new one to be sent and what do they do - they sent me a new case. I emailed again, because they don't give you a phone number to call - that was 4 days ago and have yet to hear back from them. I just realized that their warehouse is not too far from where I live so I may just have to drive there on my lunch hour in order to get results. read more

I ordered from your "other" company Mgramcases 6 weeks ago and finally got my case. It not only isn't the right case but I was supposed to get a Michael Khors pocket book that I "won". You sent just the case in an envelope. The invoice inside suggests that the pocket book(complete with picture) was shipped under the same tracking number. I will file a fraud case with the Postal Service, Better Business Bureau and anybody else I can get to listen if I have too. I ordered a case from you a few years ago and was supposed to get a 100 dollar gift card that never happened either. You called me and gave me a credit that I never used. I should have known better. I thought you were legitimate. Please prove me wrong and ship me my pocket book before this gets really bad for you. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered during a "Promotion" in April and it is July i still have yet to receive my product and the company refuses to give me my money back. This company is a joke and does fraulante things to customers this is a scam and I will be contacting the local authorities to see what can be done to stop them from continuing to steal from other people. read more

I don't think this company actually exists. I placed an order for 2 ipad mini cases and 1 Samsung note case on October 17th. It is December 12th. Still no cases. I have contacted customer service several times and have gotten "canned" email responses all from either Sal or Julia saying the same thing - 3-4 weeks, custom orders, blah blah. Apparently they cannot count because it's been 8 weeks. I've never done business with a company that charges me for the order BEFORE shipment. I've asked for a refund repeatedly to no avail. I am just going to write that $60 off as a hard lesson learned. Please do not do business with this company or mgramcases. Huge scam. read more

If there was a rating of -1000 I would give it that!!! I ordered from them months ago and have never heard anything back. I have searched and searched for a phone number and there is not one number listed that is in service. There is no phone numbers on their site just an address and an email address that is not valid. They know how to charge your account without sending what your order to you. It is a scam!!! Do not order from them and please get the word out!!! read more

MGRAMCASES - I ordered 3 cases, only because it was buy 1 get 2 free at a price of $44.99 so basically you are still paying for 3 cases since you can buy them at $10-$15 anywhere else. There was also a promotion for $100 GIFT CARD with my order. Delivery time was way longer than expected but I did get my cases unlike some of the people I have seen in other reviews. I did not get a giftcard, what I got was a Discount Code. Since the quality of the cases is not great I thought well at least I can get something for my money and I'll use the $100 Gift Card to get something for free. So as I placed my order again with offers of additional discounts, free cases, 50% off of other products, etc I reached a total of $109.96, first the Gift Card code did not work so I had to chat with customer service to get a working code, once I entered my new $100 GIFT CARD code and the total went down to $54.95. Hmmm interesting math, so you guessed it all of the additional discounts offered during my order were cancelled out by the Gift Card. So I thought, well I'm not spending any more money but I'm going to use this Gift card so I deleted several items from my cart. My new total was $64.98, I entered my Gift Card code and proceeded to checkout where I found that there were not shipping methods available for my order. After chatting with their customer service online again it is very clear that the $100 Gift Card is only to get you to spend more money since you must spend over $100 to use it. Personally I felt misled and will not be doing business with this company again. read more

My sister has a habit of breaking her screen, so a glass screen protector is a must. Austin sat with us and explained all costs and how to set up the new phones. The whole process was smooth and easy. They even charge $50 if you get insurace and you break your screen. My sister typically pays $140 through apple. Fuwad and Austin are super friendly which makes the process less stressful. We will definetely come back for future phone upgrades and any issues!

It was the only reason that I had upgraded to that plan to begin with. Add to that I just got my first bill and it was $275.00!! (Double what it had been) as apparently I was charged for both service plans at the same time. Not really too happy at the moment. I called ATT and they fixed the billing issue, but I am unable to get the HBOMAX back without paying nearly $20 a month. Grrrrrr! Make sure you are VERY specific when you come here for purchase or upgrade.

I received my case and a shattered screen protector. Sent pictures to the support email, and they told me that they would send me another screen protector. Received that screen protector, AGAIN, shattered, with no different packaging than the time before.. Sent pictures to the support email again on October 29th, and asked them for a refund for the screen protector because I wasn't going to keep receiving broken products and going through the same thing over and over. They have yet to respond to the email from the 29th, and have emailed multiple times asking if a solution was ever going to happen. Still no response. This is the WORST company I have ever done business with, and id advise that unless you just like giving away money without getting your products, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. read more
