I cannot give this place enough stars! We have been…read morepurchasing our shrubs/trees/plants from them for years. The quality is top notch and we often receive compliments on our beautiful backyard! This year, we have decided to do some work out front and have already purchased shrubs for our project. The staff is not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but they are fun and so welcoming that I leave every visit feeling like I have just visited family ( the kind you actually like). Don't miss the opportunity to visit and buy some high quality items for all of your gardening/landscaping needs. Also, the prices are better than any I've found at other nurseries.... We've recently purchased a Japanese Maple that was priced almost $200 more at an alternate establishment!

We had our wedding here in July of 2021, rescheduled from October 2020. All sorts of things came up…read morethat we're never told to us during our initial meetings. Management is lazy, tried to tell us we couldn't have more than 150 people (this is after all Covid restrictions were lifted this past summer). When we pushed them on this they allowed us 200 People max. Keep in mind their website says seating up to 350 people. Then they told us we needed to rent our own chairs for under the tent because their chairs would be set up for the outdoor ceremony (none of this was ever told To us before when we originally met and told them We had a number of 250-300 people). The day of our wedding we were told we could come anytime and take our pictures. We showed up at 430 for pictures, guests starting arriving at 530 but weren't allowed in until six or so. The contract says you have five hours and we ended our event at 930. Even if you count 530 as the start time (even though staff didn't do anything since guests were held in the parking lot) our event did not go 5 hours yet we were charged for overtime!! So did not get our security deposit back due to that nonsense. Also the venue wouldn't allow us to have a decorator and said they would do it all themselves.... Well when they realized they were not able to decorate the tent adequately they finally allowed a decorator. It was very hard to get in touch with anyone there either during the planning process we often sent 3 or 4 emails or texts before we got a response. It's a beautiful venue but not worth all the BS they put you through. Super hard to work with, lots of hidden costs and just not professional people. Would not recommend!!!

He responded very quickly to my request for a quote for some landscaping. He seemed knowledgeable…read moreand used an AI app to show us how the work would look when finished. We were impressed so we agreed to hire him for the job and even added on pressure washing the house, even though he was very expensive ($650 for 2 sides). It was April and they finished after 8:30 at night, so it was dark and I had to inspect the work with a flashlight, not optimal. I said it looked good, but upon re-inspecting in day light, I was far from satisfied. Mulch was thin and bare spots all around . You could see the weed guard in several places. The black mulch was already fading, didn't even do everything quotes. i.e. use mulch glue, no plants on side of stairs and their clean-up was sub-par at best. The house wash was just terrible. I texted him to complain and was surprised to hear that he wasn't going to stand behind his work. I expected him to at least come out and look for himself. Instead, he told me how I could fix it. I hate leaving a bad review, he's a nice kid and I just wanted to give him the job to support a local business. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him and would not hire him again.

After completing the landscaping, he declared that the lawn came back fine and no longer needed topsoil and reseeding. He did a terrible job with the landscaping and refused to deduct any money from the quoted price, even though he didn't do the topsoil and reseeding that he originally said he was going to do. I would never use him again and would not recommend him to anyone else. On the upside, he was a very nice young man and I believe that he thought he did a good job, but in reality, he has no landscaping skills whatsoever.

They were easy to schedule with and their prices beat all their competitors while still having excellent quality work. We are so happy with how our driveway came out that we plan to book them for more projects for our home including our walkway and other concrete work. All the guys very professional and personable. If you are looking to get your driveway or any concrete work done, we highly recommend CC Paving. They have transparent pricing and don't overcharge like many other companies and the quality of their work is not compromised. Thanks for giving us a beautiful driveway that still looks brand new after the past 2 rough Syracuse winters.

Mr. Boland was contacted regarding damage one of his trucks did to my vehicle. A call was made to…read morethe company as well as an email. He never responded to us at all. There was a witness who heard the truck hit my vehicle. The witness took photos and thought the driver was coming to the door to report the "hit" but all the driver did was let the landlord know the delivery was made. Once police made contact the driver immediately came to the landlord trying to resolve the matter. We got an estimate to repair the damage, however, the driver changed his mind when learned because there was not an eye witness the police could not charge him. I caution you on the credibility of this company. No one there stood up to the right thing so I am now out of pocket for damage they did. I really would not recommend them given their poor character.
