He contacted me before the end of the day - I wasn't home, so I talked him through where the trees were that we needed an estimate on. He got that back to me the next morning, and when we said we'd like to take one of them down, he gave us a day that was only four days away, right after Memorial Day weekend. They took the tree down while we were at work - we went to look at it, and they did an AMAZING job! Clean up was fantastic, there were no big divots in the ground where branches might have come down - it was a fantastic job! He keeps you up to date on each step and where were at in the process. He sometimes uses his uncle for help which makes it feel very family orientated as a business. Does not try to swindle you for every dollar you have. He understand everyone has budgets. And regardless of the job size he does it top notch. He broke 4 of my lawn lights, and when I confronted him about it, he got upset and denied doing it. I have him on camera. When I hired him, I asked him to be careful with the lights, and he told me it wouldn't be a problem. I had to replace all the lights at my expense. He never apologized; he just decided to stop servicing my properties. That was very unprofessional, and I was left with no notice; now I am scrambling to find someone to cut the grass.
