We hired Roots and Canopy Solutions after a storm knocked a tree onto our roof and deck. Not only…read morewere they quick in responding to our quote, they were probably the most communicative contractor I have ever hired. After they gave us a quote, they also explained the process, talked about the necessary permits with our HOA, reviewed next steps, and even spent time texting with me about the updated requirements for the stairs on the deck. They sent us detailed recaps after every day they were on site and even went into the crawl space in our attic to show the inside view of the roof. The result was beautiful, and we ended up with a product that looked nicer after the storm than what was there beforehand. We were in the process of selling our home, and the buyers loved the work they did, and it led to a successful sale of our home. We couldn't be happier with the service.

I wish I called Sunshine sooner!! Great job boys!!! Unlike…read morethe inaccurate 1 star feedback listed below, ( I'm sure Sunshine regrets that customer, but cant please everyone?? ) it's my turn to boast!!! After scheduling numerous estimates, Sunshine came out on time with an estimate that was very fair for the huge job I needed done, plus the crew gave extra !!! Hands down the most experienced, well priced, considerate, well mannered men to have on my property. The clean up was immaculate, as if my eye sore trees naturally disappeared on their own. Being a retired property owner, money is tight for everthing, but I couldnt put these trees off like i wanted. I certainly got my money's worth and then some ! It is with much admiration that I will recommend Sunshine Tree Services to anyone and everyone!

I had a very simple request to have a range hood removed and reinstalled the correct way. Wanted…read moreit completed as a gift and out of 6 reviews from business this was the only response, so I went with it. The person is to personable and lacks business professionalism when it comes to home repairs. More experience is needed in this department because people do not want a one to two day job at the max spanning multiple days, as if the job was being deliberately bleeding to get more money out of the customer. The only thing that was delivered out of the project was the reduction of the frame because it was stainless steel and needed to be cut other than that the customer should never have to assist in the job because the handyman did not know how to reinstall what was removed. The persons attention span to the job is very limited, had I not been called to keep him on track the job would still not be complete. The value he requested for the finished work was more than anyone should pay for his services. He never showed on the schedule he said and never updated anyone as to why or where he was, we were constantly having to call him. He charged for a plywood board that he said he had to cut in actuality it looked like he just went with a piece he found that was as close to the size he needed, shorter but he made it work. All parts and materials were provided he only had to cut metal and do the work and still I had to be involved to get the job done. For his in home handyman work I would look elsewhere and he should stick to outside work that requires less structural issues.
