i'm not a big fan of the name of this butcher. It makes me squeamish the thought of my meat being unique. I mean, what makes it unique? Is it squirrel, aged bullfrog, mouse tenderloin? On the other hand, I do have an overactive imagination, and I hardly ever eat meat so it doesn't take much to set me off on such flights of fancy.
Just to make it clear, there's nothing bad or weird about this butcher. The uniqueness of this shop is merely the name. In reality they serve up all the commonly available cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, etc. They've also got some quite delectable pork and fennel sausages, which BBQ up very nicely.
The people who work here are also very friendly and will smile at you so sweetly that it'll make you want to smile at someone else, and so on and so forth until Brunswick becomes an even happier place. read more
