This reflects a transaction in 2023. It was not satisfactory. The fitting was sub-standard and had to be redone due to lack of skill and attention of fitter. The billing for products, thru Medicare, was inaccurate and was charged to products no delivered. Will not return to Unique Lingerie Services for any reason. Was able to get bras that fit well and are COMFORTABLE! Kendra was my fitter; sized me up and listened to what I wanted. The first two bras were good, the third was perfect. I highly recommend this place. Great service, great selection, and a very happy (older!) customer. read more

The women who work in this store are amazing. Very helpful with any issue/question. This is one of 2 stores in Ocala that works with health insurance companies when providing bras and other items to women who have had breast surgeries. On two occasions when I made purchases, the owner coded the items incorrectly on the insurance forms and was paid for much more expensive items that I than what I receive. Both times I contacted my insurance company, and the issue was corrected. I don't feel comfortable shopping in this store any longer. read more

Since I had gastric bypass surgery in 2019, it's been excruciating and expensive to try to find bras that fit. Imagine my excitement to find Unique Lingerie Services in the plaza near my daughter's apartment in Ocala, AND to find they measure and fit you! I've worked with Kendra the last couple times I've been in, and she's awesome. She always finds fabulous bras for me, and I try them on to ensure they fit. Central Florida needs a great lingerie store like this. I took my mother and niece there for bra fittings yesterday, and I couldn't have been happier with the respect and attention they received, and the great options that the boutique owner, Edna, gave them. This store has everything from low prices to high, from super practical to super indulgent. And they don't try to steer you to the most expensive items. Instead, they try to match your needs and preferences with what they have in stock or can order for you. For instance, my niece looked gorgeous in a perfectly fitting Conturelle bra with seams, but she knew she would get more wear out of the seamless choices from Rosa Faia and Prima Donna. Although Edna educated her on the benefits of the seamed bras, she didn't pressure her to choose one. My mom is elderly and doesn't like her bras too tight. Edna put her in soft cup bras from Anita and Jodee that can be loosened as necessary but gave her much better lift than what she wore coming into the store. Unique Lingerie also offers mastectomy fittings and breast forms. This is definitely where I'd go if I needed such services. I appreciated the spacious fitting rooms and the little robe they offer you to wear while you wait for your fitter to come back with bras to try. I also appreciated the layout of the merchandise. Everything is available for you to browse instead of only relying on what your fitter chooses to bring to you. I live in New York City where we have several good bra fitting places, but I was shocked at the dearth of options in Central Florida. I'm so relieved to have found this store for my family who lives here. For those of you who want to be sure you're wearing the right size and who want to be treated with respect in a pretty setting with gorgeous and affordable options, this is the place to go. read more

The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I learned a lot about how to find the best fitting bra. However when I tried to order my appropriate size, I never heard back from them and still have not, several months later. It would not prevent me from shopping there though. This is the closest location to The Villages that carries the JUZO support hosiery that my husband requires because of circulation problems. He requires a size that is not available on line as he is very tall. Edna called the company and confirmed she could order these stockings in my husbands size and compression, at a price that was lower than we had paid elsewhere. She then offered delivery of the product through one of her employees that lives in The Villages, so we didn't have to make the drive to Ocala, or ship them. She also ordered an extra pair to have on hand and sent them along just in case we wanted to buy both pairs, which we did. She trusted us to send a check after the fact! Stopped in looking for a strapless bra to go with a cruise dress. Was about to give up and buy a different dress before I came here. Edna was very helpful, friendly, and knew my size without having to ask. Tried my dress on with the new bra and am extremely happy! Will definitely be back to get regular bras in the future. read more
