I had so much fun learning about the different types of bra. There is so much fine detail in bras that can dramatically affect the fit and she knew all of them. This would be five stars but the hours are super inconvenient for anyone who works standard hours. They close promptly at 5. The staff are super helpful and they are the only place I've found in person in the area that sell band sizes smaller than 32 in cup sizes larger than a C. For the first time in a very long time, I have a bra that fits perfectly. Pricy but worth it- they're in the $70-$100 range. These bras are well made and comfortable and even come in half cup sizing which you normally need to special order online. They sell a few different brands. I definitely recommend signing up for their rewards system as well. They are great at actual proper bra fittings and do sell underwear, nightgowns and a small selection of clothes. read more

I was looking for bras that fit and researched this place. I saw that it had some good reviews and decided to try it out. It's a cute store with sexy lingerie and clothes. Joann was nice and attentive to my needs. She helped me find the right size bra. Victoria Secret doesn't give accurate sizes and I wanted a proper fitting. I purchased quite a few bras and panties to match and spent way more money than I wanted too. A bra will start you off at $79 but these bras are an investment. I am the mother of a 7 year old and my once famously perky breasts deflated after breastfeeding. I have spent HUNDREDS on bras to tame these G cups into submission. The only thing I hate more than bra shopping is bathing suit shopping. If I had to do both in the same day I think I would need therapy afterwards. So I put bra shopping off longer than I should. The other day I finally took the plunge (slight cleavage pun there) and went into LaBella to get some new bras. Now some of you may be wondering what the big deal is? Well it's that they ARE big. This makes finding the right fit challenging and exhausting. Left to my own devices in a department store I have often walked away with something that in my opinion was "good enough" because I just didn't have the energy to get fully dressed for a fifth time so I could continue rifling through the racks and racks and racks trying to find the right style and fit. As a result not unlike most women I went around wearing the wrong size bra, uncomfortably so, and looking the worse for it. Because my lady friends, the difference in how you look (and I'm talking fully clothed) wearing a properly fitted bra vs an ill fitted bra can be the equivalent of a 5-10 pound weight loss. So I learned that the only way to mitigate the trauma that is bra shopping is to go to a store that actually specializes in intimate apparel and specifically for woman who cannot easily buy off a rack (anther pun there). You need to be fitted and helped by a professional. Having been past LaBella many times on Park Avenue I decided to give them a try and luckily I made the right call because it was about as painless as this process can get. Santa was my sales clerk and she was professional and knowledgeable and patient and helpful - all the things you need under these circumstances. She quickly determined the size I should have been in (sigh) and started bringing them to me. Yes it's still work because as Santa explained the support comes from the band NOT the straps. So the band has to be tight enough to support you and that means it is not easy to get in and out of. Clip, twist, bend over, scoop, adjust, tighten, reverse ... over and over and over and over again. But when all was said and done - I had some really lovely, amazingly well fitting bras. One caveat being that this is a case where you definitely get what you pay for. These bras aren't inexpensive but for something that we wear most of our waking hours, that can make the difference not only in how we look but also how we feel both emotionally and physically - it is an investment worth every dollar. I was shopping for pajamas and panties, something I don't usually splurge on but the pieces here were amazingly beautiful and I could not resist. Plus, the Groupon helped... Unfortunately, I bought a living social coupon for Labella and this is the first weekend you can use it, so I expected them to be prepared. I spent an hour in the store, most of which I was ignored because the person working was struggling with the computer and the one other customer in the store. Finally, when I was offered assistance, she did not listen when I told I was only interested in being sized for the one non-padded balconette bra (that I had found on my own) so she brought me 2 padded bras in sizes that were WAY too small for me, then went back to ignoring me to make a phone call to the customer she had the computer problems with earlier because she had not collected all the information she needed. Finally, after giving her one last chance and asking her for her help again she told me that I should just come back another time or day to get a fitting from Santa because she doesn't usually work there and was not sure what to do. She did offer to take my name and info and have some one else call me but at that point I just wanted to go home. So I left with no idea of my actual size,no bra and a 10% off coupon with the an invitation to return at a later date. Bottom line, I was very disappointed bad customer service and believe that the other staff should be trained in the art of fittings, just like, Santa or the store should only operate during the hours Santa is available. read more

For starters this is the first review I have ever posted. I made my way through traffic hoping this place was worth the drive, and Boy was it ever. The young lady was so helpful she knew exactly what I needed, asked the right questions, and I was hooked in less than 10 min of trying on bras. I felt my all my (find a good bra) prayers were answered. This will be the only place in Orlando I will ever buy a bra. I got so excited I forgot my budget and ended up putting a bra back. The Bra specialist took 20% off and I walked out happy-go-lucky with two of the most beautiful bras I have ever owned. BTW I am a 30FF if u can find a bra that size and pretty. Consider yourself lucky as me :) Just go in... It will change your life we wear these garments every day all day it's worth every penny the 2 bras I bought cost me $70 and the other was $90 without the discount.
