But we had our masks in our back pockets just Incase we needed them. We walked in (without being greeted) and proceeded to shop. Tried On a few dresses And found one I liked. Walked up to the front counter to ask If it was available in another color to which the sweet girl behind the counter asked INDIA if it came in another color. She looked at us and yelled out "SHE WILL NOT CHECK YOU OUT IF YOU DONT HAVE A MASK ON!!" I said "Oh I had no idea you had to wear a mask in here because on the mall front door it says we are not required to." To which she yelled out again "I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU HAD IT ON WHEN YOU WALKED IN, THEN!" to which I replied "I never did, but you don't have to be rude about it." I put on my mask and proceeded to buy the dress (only because I have family pictures to take and I needed it ASAP) Another customer walked up to me and said "Girl, do you want me to cuss her out for you?". I will never take my daughter in here ever again. I will make sure I have plenty of time to order online to receive whatever we need.

I'm beyond impressed by the calibre of professional that walks these aisles. So impressed that I go out of my way to use their location when I'm in need of parts. It all comes down to the amount of time an employee spent with me one day. We were researching parts for my difficult and particular German engineered automobile. I found out that day that they carry Pentosin products, and this brand is essential to cars from the Volkswagen Group. I digress. I'm writing this review because I want to know that this location has a knowledgeable and professional staff. They're good at what they do, and I would like to thank them for it.

I used the item he recommended and it caused damage to my vehicle. After working with corporate customer service, the store manager, and corporate again. I was finally reimbursed with what it cost to repair the damage. Overall they stuck by their weird in repairing the damages which I think is an important quality in a business. I will continue using O'Reilly's in the future because I know they will help me to the best of their knowledge and in the rare circumstance it does cause damage, I know I can work with them to get the problem resolved.

Then the accessories.... oh the accessories... $7 shoes, sounds to put in the bear $4-$8, freshener to make the bear smell like cupcakes or chocolate $3, sunglasses, pants, purses.... You get the picture. Oh and I haven't mentioned that you will have to spend around $20 for the bear (they do have some cheaper ones, but do you think the cool ones are going to be cheap?) Anywho, kids have a blast here and it is really fun for them (and it was for me too I must admit.) The kids get to really get to use their creativity to create a bear specifically for them. I would definitely recommend to take kids here at least once in their lives just be prepared to drop $50 per kid. After the initial visit, you can always go in later (alone) and pick up new outfits for the bear/cat/bunny/dog/penguin/etc (however, if the kids come, plan on a lot of begging to make another bear.)
