So, I was at Belk, looking for Alegria Shoes, which they carry, in the style I want, and there it was....the simple black dress. It's perfect. It's around $48, and simple. I need to be completely packed to go on the plane, to see my extra clothing space, before I buy anything. I really went to Belk for the Alegria shoes, (the peace sign shoes) and more pants, like I found at the last Belk. Considering Belk has high quality clothing, more like Dillards, but bright, and less stuck up, than I feel at Dillard's. Clothing isn't always low price, but the clearance racks seem plentiful. In this particular Belk, I found ample help, on a Saturday morning. The employees aren't pushy, but are kind and helpful. Belk also sells Estee Lauder/Lancome, etc....and handbags (I always have to look, but Coach handbags are a bit over priced. But sometimes they can be found on the clearance...) Ka Ching Ka ching ka ching. I'm going back Friday, after I pack for the plane, cause there's a couple of dozens of items that caught my eye.

They're very knowledgeable when you're looking for a specific thing, they will point you in the right direction And if you need help in anyway. they're there to do their job and that's to inform you and to make sure you know your purchase is complete when you go to the register you'll be satisfied because they will help you make your choice if that's what you want or they'll just point you in the right direction of where the item is you want and let you make the decision. Usually if you're there to buy an appliance or you're there to buy anything in the area where the kitchen items are it's pretty self-explanatory when you look at things, but if something needs more explaining they're there for you so when you go to Kohl's, look around for that sales person they're not gonna be just stand around waiting for someone to ask him a question they're busy stocking shelves so when you're ready to buy something, it's on the shelf. That is a very smart manager working with those employees here she is very knowledgeable. They know that the customer might buy quite a few items they come there so when the next customer comes, they wanna make sure that there's something on the shelf so that the customer can make a proper choice and there's usually a variety which makes it nice for the customer so if you're looking for a department store that has it all and wonderful sales people and polite and kind cashiers go to Kohl's department store of Conway and you'll be glad you did take it from me the satisfied customer.

This time we needed a suit for a gala and went it to get fitted, pick colors, etc. the "manager" at the time was a little unprofessional and made some mistakes with our tux. HOWEVER I took the suit back up there the following day and explained the errors and ERIN was beyond amazing and fixed everything to the best of her ability. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and all mistakes were corrected. (FYI we found out the first employee was let go for similar instances). Everyone else in the store was friendly and hard at work. We have really enjoyed our experience working with them and Erin is your gal!!!
