Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Once we eventually got our photos back we could see just how badly she had done. She used fake flowers when we paid for real, used the literal cheapest decor everywhere possible. We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!

I dont think some of these reviews Ive seen are legitimate and by that i mean the bad reviews!!! Because not 1 time have they not came through and delivered! The rentals were in perfect condition -- from the chairs to the glassware and linens, everything looked beautiful and matched our vision perfectly. The staffing team was equally incredible. The servers were professional, friendly, and so attentive to our guests' needs. They made the whole night feel effortless, taking care of details behind the scenes so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. Our guests even commented on how efficient and kind the staff was! Our only issue was with the bartenders, they were pouring tiny shots and told the mother of the bride no, twice.. otherwise everything was great. We can't recommend JQ Events enough for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality rentals and an outstanding team. They truly helped make our wedding day stress-free and unforgettable. Hiring Bryanna as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the moment the day started, she kept everything on track and made sure all of our vendors were in sync. We didn't have to worry about a thing -- if any hiccups came up that I needed to know about, she would talk to me about them and deal with them immediately and she handled everything so smoothly.     There was a time when having a wedding planner was considered a luxury afforded only to couples…read morewith deep pockets. (Or couples who had parents with deep pockets.) I beg to differ. In my opinion, having a wedding planner was a necessity and one I would advise other brides to have, even if it means scaling back on other costs for your wedding reception. For me personally, having a wedding planner was the difference between me just being able to "pull off" my reception and me being able to enjoy it. To save some money, I hired KWE for month of/day of coordination rather than full event planning (though they were available from the get-go for contract help, referrals and all-around advice). The month before my event, Kate swooped in and took care of all the details: designing the layout of the venue, coordinating with the vendors, etc. The week before, day before and the day of she took care of everything! She picked up supplies, was on hand to greet and coordinate with other vendors, did setup and cleanup, delivered items to my house after the reception, helped keep the party on track and so much more! I am not sure if there were any snafus (though I am sure there were, how couldn't there have been?) because if there were, she took care of them on the spot. She even jumped into action when I spilled red wine on my gown early in the evening. I really, really, really cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to have Kate and her team on board. I strongly advise you to consider hiring her for your event.

She is very professional and always has a can do attitude. She will strive to make your event special and if you have a certain vision, she will bend over backwards to make it happen. Our wedding was interfaith with two ceremonies and there were many cultural aspects throughout the day. With all this, it was very difficult to plan and keep track of all the moving parts but Kate was the glue that held it all together. She has been a pleasure to work with and was a calm, reassuring presence during the whole process. I want her and her team to get the recognition they deserve as a superb event planning business. I am a super type-A person who already knew what I wanted for floral and decor coming into the working relationship and they not only brought it to life but Cindee was so helpful in offering guidance and building on the ideas I already had. She also worked with me to help me get as much out of my budget as possible which is so appreciated and rare in the wedding industry. Linda was our day-of coordinator and she was worth every penny and so much more. I was relaxed on my wedding day because I knew that all details and timeline would be handled by her capable hands.
