Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Once we eventually got our photos back we could see just how badly she had done. She used fake flowers when we paid for real, used the literal cheapest decor everywhere possible. We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!

The months leading up to the wedding were the most stressful, and Teresa was always so kind, helpful, and organized. She made sure all my vendors were ready to go, and was always very responsive to my emails, calls, or texts. But the day of, was where she really shined. She was on-top of her game making sure everything ran perfectly, checking in with me when things were running behind schedule, and remembering the smallest details. Not only is she very good at her job, but her bubbly personality made me feel happy and at ease. Since I am a perfectionist who did a lot of the pre-wedding planning, this is saying a lot! I felt comfortable letting go and enjoying the moment, knowing that Teresa had it handled. Many of my guests that work in the industry also commented on what a great job Teresa did. In my opinion, having a wedding planner was a necessity and one I would advise other brides to have, even if it means scaling back on other costs for your wedding reception. For me personally, having a wedding planner was the difference between me just being able to "pull off" my reception and me being able to enjoy it. To save some money, I hired KWE for month of/day of coordination rather than full event planning (though they were available from the get-go for contract help, referrals and all-around advice). The month before my event, Kate swooped in and took care of all the details: designing the layout of the venue, coordinating with the vendors, etc. The week before, day before and the day of she took care of everything! She picked up supplies, was on hand to greet and coordinate with other vendors, did setup and cleanup, delivered items to my house after the reception, helped keep the party on track and so much more! I am not sure if there were any snafus (though I am sure there were, how couldn't there have been?) because if there were, she took care of them on the spot. She even jumped into action when I spilled red wine on my gown early in the evening. I really, really, really cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to have Kate and her team on board. I strongly advise you to consider hiring her for your event.

Our wedding was interfaith with two ceremonies and there were many cultural aspects throughout the day. With all this, it was very difficult to plan and keep track of all the moving parts but Kate was the glue that held it all together. She has been a pleasure to work with and was a calm, reassuring presence during the whole process. I want her and her team to get the recognition they deserve as a superb event planning business. I am a super type-A person who already knew what I wanted for floral and decor coming into the working relationship and they not only brought it to life but Cindee was so helpful in offering guidance and building on the ideas I already had. She also worked with me to help me get as much out of my budget as possible which is so appreciated and rare in the wedding industry. Linda was our day-of coordinator and she was worth every penny and so much more. I was relaxed on my wedding day because I knew that all details and timeline would be handled by her capable hands. He kept the dance floor going & ensured a smooth transition from events. Whatever you need, whatever you imagine for a DJ,he is your guy! We also worked with the Day of Coordinator, Felicia, who was also amazing from the beginning! They work fantastic together. The week before our wedding we had to switch our cocktail hour location and he handled it like it was no big deal at all. No stress, no issues, just made it work. Overall, he made the whole process feel easy and fun, and everything went so smoothly because of him. He's a great MC and keeps the night on track. Highly recommend!
