Quote was separated into different areas: 1)Drywall, mud, tape and finish for paint in mud room, paint 2)Repair damaged drywall on ceiling in kitchen, paint 3)Repair damaged freshly on basement stairs, paint Every step was itemized and had the price next to it so if I thought paint was too much, I'd be able to remove that option. At the end, you pay for any items they needed to purchase to compete your job. I opted for all three items to be completed and also asked for additional things to be added throughout the projects (trim, baseboards, crown molding, paint) and they accommodated every aspect (with additional cost, of course). 2 guys were here for about a week and they were both extremely respectful of the property (booties, cleaned everything, busted ass)..they even asked to use the bathroom every time even though I don't think that was necessary (there was a language barrier of Ukrainian/Russian, so made it a bit hard to know closet meant bathroom lol). All in all, I would highly recommend this company. Photos attached of mud room from where I left it (exposed drywall) and finished product.

They took out the original floor- tile and mortar bed, all the way to the subfloor. We are thrilled with the job they did; cleaned up every day and start to finish only took four days. We recommend without hesitation!

I hired him to replace our existing kitchen tile backsplash I ended up changing vendors as a result of a missed planning appointment. He contacted me promptly taking full accountability for the communication breakdown and INSISTED on doing the demolition of our existing tile at no cost to make up for the inconvenience. He was prompt, did the job well and left me even more impressed with him than I had initially been. Mistakes happen, but because of the way he handled it by taking full accountability and "making it right", I would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to friends for future project.

Let's me say this, kevin made our lives a living nightmare. Instead of the floors costing us $15k, they ended up costing us $40k! This is because we had to pay for a NWFA certified inspector to get involved as well as a lawyer, litigation, as well as a NWFA certified installer to try to remedy the problem. Even after we tried remedying the problem, we had to fix several areas in the 5500 sq ft home and pay again for some repairs. He didn't apply classic gray correctly, and it turned out green. Install for 5" wide planks weren't nailed and glued as they were supposed to. We had a massive bump in the dining room two weeks after install and he told us to put a rug over it. We have since sold the home as it brought continuous nightmares, anxiety attacks, my health deteriorated due to the financial burden we succumbed to with him. To make matters worse, he dragged out or litigation process, claiming he didn't speak a word of English...asked for a translator...extension, etc and only to file for bankruptcy and we lost out so bad! His crew were found sleeping in our home on the job and Kevin told us the guy needs some cocaine to work. Yikes! I have confirmed still as of today 9/14/2020 he is still listing himself NWFA certified when he is not! False pretenses Kevin! Shame on you! You robbed us of our money, our trust is humanity, and destroyed our lives!
