Even though the installation couldn't be completed that day, he took the time to go to the store to purchase the materials needed to ensure the product functioned as intended. He came back the following day and completed the job. Even though the project took more hours than he estimated, he didn't change the estimated quote. I only had to reimburse him for the materials he purchased. Stormbusters are a product that is clear and allows the outside light into the room. It is placed over the window to protect it from flying objects during a hurricane. The insurance company recognizes them as window-projectile-proof protection and offers a discount on house insurance. I give Jose 5 stars and recommend you contact him for your next handyman project. They showed up the following day to measure and immediately sent me an estimate. They were very professional with their quote; the price was very fair, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. The following day, they tore down the old, damaged fences; the day after, they installed the new fences, building them from scratch. The fences were solid and very well constructed. The posts were set in concrete; the panels were board-on-board. They worked until sunset to finish the job, cleaned up, and hauled all the old boards away. I would highly recommend ICA, and they will not disappoint. Their professionalism in communicating with me, strong work ethic, and attention to detail were top-notch. We had so many roofing companies knock on our door telling us that we needed a new roof based on what they arw seeing from the ground. We called Aries and upon their inspection, they said that we only needed to fix one side, which had the most damage and the rest of the roof has five more years left. They gave us an estimate, which we thought was pretty reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes we obtained. We proceeded to select the color. On installation day, they noticed that the color we previously selected didn't really match the existing roof given its age. They no longer make the existing roof that we have so we had to find the closest match. Instead of just going with what we picked installing it and saying hey that's what they picked anyway , they took an extra step to make sure that all sections of the roof matched. We also had to change the location of solar power dock and they did it for us for no extra charge. They're great to deal with very professional, timely, and accommodating.
