They also have written on their estimates: "Lifetime warranty on leaks/7 year labor/20-50 year manufacturers warranty." Their price to replace ~30 feet of gutters was reasonable and they were very friendly. After several years my gutters began to leak at the seams (disappointing but not too big of a deal) but then water began to overflow at one of the sections, creating a waterfall type effect during hard rain. I called naively thinking they would come out and fill the leaks and fix the overflow issue, but they were reluctant to do anything. They first said the leak was because they weren't cleaned regularly (they are 30 feet high with no trees above them), but when they came out to look at the waterflow issue, they stated that what was needed were wider gutters to replace the narrower ones they had initially installed. The cost to "fix" this was ~9x what I had originally paid. When I pointed out the absurdity of this "remedy" to my solution, they did not follow up (they had been calling weekly to let me know about their financing option). Looking back, they were never interested in fixing anything, just angling for more business. In fact, the person they sent out was not even a repairman but the guy that gives estimates. I now have to replace gutters that they replaced-the rest of my gutters are all fine. Incredibly disappointing.

Lied about everything, didn't want to pull permits (first 4 months were done without permits), electrician quit without finishing the job. The lead designer stopped coming after 1 month. The "boss" or lead contractor was rude when we tried to get a finish date and to finish us off, they added charges that almost doubled the original cost and didn't do everything that was in the original contract. Everything that went wrong was blamed on us (from them not getting the permits to the job not being completed within the 6-week window). My advice. Hire someone, anyone else. Following hurricane damage to my home, I hired Enhance Home Solutions LLC to perform…read moreinsurance-related repair and reconstruction work funded through my homeowner's insurance claim. I paid a substantial amount of insurance proceeds toward the Project based on representations made regarding the scope of work, timing, and quality of performance. Unfortunately, the work performed was extremely slow, poorly managed, and far below what was represented. The Project was repeatedly delayed and left unfinished for extended periods of time. Only limited and temporary measures were performed, including tarping, temporary structural supports, and minimal emergency work. Critical permanent repairs were never completed. No permanent roof repair, roof replacement, or structural reconstruction was finished, despite months passing and significant insurance funds being paid. The temporary tarps installed by the contractor failed and were not timely replaced, which resulted in additional water intrusion and damage to my home. The contractor further mismanaged the Project by failing to maintain consistent progress, ordering materials incorrectly, and failing to provide any clear or reliable schedule for completion. Despite being paid a total of $39,000.00 in insurance proceeds, the contractor abandoned the Project before completion and refused to return unearned and overpaid funds. As a result, my home remained in poor condition for an extended period, causing significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
