Richard arrived a couple of days earlier than originally scheduled which was great. He had a plan in place and walked me through everything. We definitely had a good feeling about his company and hired him for the job that same week. Day one of our project went pretty smoothly except for a few sprinkles of rain. The second day of the project had to be rescheduled due to rain but we live in Florida and that's how it goes. Project was finished today and already are having a lot of great comments from friends and family. Would definitely recommend Richard and his team and if we need any further work done down the road we know who to call! Thank you so very much!

They went out of their way to deliver it (2000 sf.) to Pinellas County very quickly. I had looked at several other places, and they had the best tile selection. I would highly recommend this business!

I live in Florida and most LVP that I have seen is replicating Oak flooring with knot holes and not solid coloring (too much light and dark- looks like striped flooring) - not my taste. If I lived in the country in a Cabin that would be great but I am use to beautiful natural stone and tile. Then I found the Waterford/Hearthstone LVP at Tampa Flooring Gallery. It had some knots but the knots blended into the color of the floor. It is beautiful. The installers were great. There was a team of 4 who install 800 sq ft of LVP and baseboards in 6 hours. They were great. I would definitely use them again.

We trusted them with three complex projects: a detailed, custom entertainment center (with removal of existing entertainment center); a durable epoxy garage floor coating (including cleaning and patching); and a difficult door installation (with outlet relocation). The quality and craftsmanship on all three projects were perfect, and their efficiency is unmatched--each major job was fully completed in just two days or less. Beyond their technical skill, the crew is remarkably clean, fast, and respectful. They define "going above and beyond." My grocery delivery went astray, and the entire team immediately paused work to help me track it down five houses away. Great people who do great work. If you want top-tier work from genuinely good people, hire them. We're already lining up our next round of home improvement projects for them to tackle and so are our neighbors! EDIT: I am adding to my above review as Eliyas and his team have blown me away once again. They have entirely redone 3 bathrooms and my kitchen counters. Pictures do not their work justice. Always remarkable work at an afforable price!

Needless to say I got the "rush" job and Jeff's new hire neglected to rinse the cleansing solution off 2 large walls of my house. It damaged the paint leaving white bleached out drip stains. I was out of town and when I returned on day 11 I noticed this damage. I called him and he came over to try to pressure wash it off to no avail. The paint was ruined. He REFUSED to provide his insurance carrier stating he would take care of it. He kept stating it was after the ten day period so he was doing me a favor by fixing it. REALLY! Day 11? His first offer was to "touch up" the areas. He would send out someone but He instructed me I was not to talk , ask questions or instruct in any manner. I wanted to know if they were insured and licensed and he said yes but he would not disclose who they were until I threatened filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After weeks of arguing and headaches it was not until I threatened him again to take him to small claims court that he showed up with a painter who agreed you can't touch up old paint with new paint as it won't match so he agreed to have his painter paint the two walls. I had two companies come out to give me an estimate and both said it had to be sealed first so the old paint didn't fail before the new paint. This is painting 101. Well Jeff is battling me on sealing the paint which is the proper way to do it as he wants to get off as cheap as possible. What a NIGHTMARE!!!! He also killed a large section of sod which has not been replaced either. BUYER BEWARE he says he is insured but I would encourage you to get his insurance first because I don't think he has any. .My advise is keep looking and hire someone who takes responsibility for damaging your property and does repairs in the correct manner . Not the cheapest way possible. I will repost if there is resolution to this matter. December he made excuses all month. January was multiple attempts to get him to bring a painter out( first two attempts he gave me several hours notice ( like I can leave work and run home at his convenience) and then I have waited 6 weeks for HIS painter to be available. Worst experience EVER!

It is now Friday of that week and he has not been returning our calls. The office number claims it is "not accepting calls at this time" and the cell number rings right to voice mail. I am extremely unsatisfied with the scummy scammy nature of this transaction- if he was busy with other jobs, the least he could do is return a call to tell us of a delay and set up another time to come by, or offer a refund if he cannot service us as per our agreement. The radio silence only makes it more suspicious and I hope anyone that sees this will take extreme caution when dealing with this scam artist. We are now out $1000 with no way of reaching "LENNY". We don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore…read more We started working with Joey at Flooring Master after closing on our home on June 20th. Since we were relocating from out of state, we wanted the flooring done before we arrived. We even had our realtor leave a lockbox so measurements could be taken in advance. We finalized the details and paid the deposit on June 26th -- then communication completely dropped off. No updates. No responses to follow-ups. Nothing. My husband finally drove down to Florida on July 7th to figure out what was going on -- only to find that demo had just started, two weeks later. Worse, the wrong areas were demoed, including our kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, which delayed work on our daughter's room. That alone made this experience extremely stressful for our family. Installation didn't begin until July 14th, and our furniture (already delayed and sitting in storage) was scheduled to arrive the 18th. Flooring was incomplete, and we were told if we delayed furniture again, they couldn't guarantee a future delivery date. We ended up picking up additional materials ourselves on July 21st, just to keep things moving. I had to call again on the 23rd to find out when they'd finish. They finally came on July 26th to complete the last room. The crew was friendly and the floors look nice now, but we had to ask them to reinstall all the doors and finish the master bathroom. The lack of communication throughout this entire process was unacceptable. We still have more rooms to do, but we will not be using Flooring Master again. We can't recommend them to anyone.
