We lined up a second, they had a baby and were too busy. We had people come by and then never send quotes. In stepped Jaime at Mr. Alligator Renovations. Jaime gave us a very reasonable quote and a time frame for starting. That time frame kept getting pushed back (due to another job he was working on) and correspondence was sporadic. We started to worry that this was just going to be another failed experience. But Jaime finally arrived and the work he did was stunning! Jaime allowed my wife to give her vision of the bathroom and he made it a reality. There was a misunderstanding that caused more work for Jaime and he did it with minimal complaints. He kept my wife, who was working from home, abreast of what he was doing and what he was noticing in our walls. He fixed additional items in our house while he was here and truly went above and beyond. After finishing, we noticed a leak, and he was here the next day fixing it. Jaime at Mr. Alligator Renovations does great work, goes above and beyond, is reasonably priced and will help your remodeling vision become a reality. He will be first on our list next time something else needs work.

Jamie had to tear out all the old tile, move the drain and then retile the shower. His communication regarding the project from quote through the install completion was timely and thorough; his pricing was fair and his attention to detail during the install was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and if you are looking for a bath renovation, I encourage you to consider getting a quote from Jamie.

As a teen and through college, I worked with a general contractor renovating homes. I hired Ron Allen from Alliance Construction & Development after a string of bad contractors in Florida, one of which left me with $120k+ in damages. Ron and his team helped me recover from this. Without any reservations I put Ron and his team in the top 3 of over 20 GCs with whom I have worked with over the last 30 years. His team is meticulous, caring, respectful and very hard working. So much so that I gave each team member a bonus payment. Ron managed the project with exceptional accuracy and precision. He listens and remembers every detail. Ron knows Florida Building Code well. He helped me modify my plans to ensure inspectors would be happy. Once the plan of attack was agreed upon Ron got his team to swiftly bring it to fruition. My project involved tight spaces and aspects of tiny home design, requiring careful and exacting placement of fixtures to comply with Florida Building Code. Ron and his team exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I was so distraught after my previous experiences with inept and fraudulent general contractors that I was tempted to hang up my real estate development ambitions completely. But Ron and his team has restored my faith in the industry. I will use Ron and Alliance Construction & Development exclusively going forward. I offer my strongest possible endorsement for Ron Allen and Alliance Construction & Development to take on your challenging project. They will listen to you and bring your project to life. You will be able to relax knowing that the job will be done right and to your specifications. They are also great about cleaning up each day. I would also add that Ron told me when I first met him, "My Dad put a hammer in my hand at age 12," and his grandfather also works in the business. This review was a pleasure to write because I am so happy with what their team did for me and my family during a very difficult time.
